PRIJONO SUGIARTO
President Commissioner

Indonesian citizen, President Commissioner of the Company since May 2005. Director of Astra International (Astra) since May 2001 and is responsible for Automotive Division III (BMW, Daihatsu, Isuzu, Nissan Diesel, and Peugeot), Astra Honda Sales Operation and Heavy Equipment. Currently serves as Commissioner of Astra Otoparts, Astra Agro Lestari, and also holds several Commissioner positions in the automotive division, also Vice Chairman of Gaikindo (The Indonesian Automotive Industry Association). Prior to joining Astra, served as Sales Engineering Manager at Daimler-Benz Indonesia. Dipl. Ing. in Automotive Engineering from the University of A Sc. Konstanz, Germany, and Dipl.-Wirtschaftsing. in Business Administration from the University of A. Sc. Bochum, Germany.

BENJAMIN W. KESWICK
Vice President Commissioner

UK citizen, Vice President Commissioner of the Company since May 2007, as well as Commissioner of Astra International. Previously worked as Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer at Jardine OneSolution Holdings Limited Hong Kong, and Group Finance Director of Jardine Schindler Group Hong Kong. Currently holds position as Group Finance Director of Jardine Cycle & Carriage Limited Singapore. Graduated from Newcastle University, UK, in Agricultural Economics and Food Marketing, Bachelor of Science from London School of Economics, Master of Science in Management Science from Imperial College, London, and earned Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountancy, England & Wales. 

MICHAEL D. RUSLIM
Commissioner

Indonesian citizen, Commissioner of the Company since 2005 after serving as the President Commissioner in 2003-2004. Prior to joining Astra, he was Assistant Vice President of Citibank N.A, Jakarta in 1978-1983. Joined Astra in 1983, assigned as
Director of Astra in 1991-2002 and subsequently appointed as Vice President Director. Presided as Group Director of non-automotive business and Director in Charge of
telecommunication, financing and infrastructure business. Commissioner of Pama since 2003. Currently serves as the President Director of Astra. Graduated from the University of California and earned his MBA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA.

SIMON J. MAWSON
Commissioner

UK citizen, Commissioner of the Company since May 2007. Director of Astra International since May 2005 and is responsible for Finance, Information Technology and Risk Management. Prior to joining Astra International, worked for Jardine Matheson in Hong Kong in various financial positions, acting as Group Treasurer since 2001. Before joined Jardine Matheson, he worked for Price Waterhouse in Leeds, London and Hong Kong. Earned Master of Arts from Oxford University, and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

HAGIANTO KUMALA
Commissioner

Indonesian citizen, Commissioner of the Company since May 2007, after serving as President Director of the Company since 1999. Joined Astra since 1971 and held various strategic positions ever since. Director of Astra in 1991-2001. Director of the Company in 1979-1988 prior to Vice President Director of the Company in 1988-1994. Commissioner of the Company in 1994-1999. Appointed as President Commissioner of Berau Coal in 2001-2004 after serving as Commissioner in 1998-2001. Held position as President Commissioner of Pama since 1999, Commissioner of Toyota Astra Motor in 2000- 2002, President Commissioner of Komatsu Indonesia in 1998-2001, Commissioner of Astra Agro Lestari in 1998-2000, Commissioner of Astra Graphia in 1999-2002. Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology.

STEPHEN Z. SATYAHADI
Independent Commissioner

Indonesian citizen, Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2003. Started career in 1968 by joining Bank of Tokyo, Jakarta. In 1970 joined Citibank N.A as Assistant Vice President in marketing as well as Operational and Credit Manager.
Appointed as Vice President of Astra Sedaya Finance in 1983, General Manager of Finance and Corporate Treasurer Astra in 1980–1985, Director of Asian Development Bank in 1986-1988 prior to President Director of Bank Universal in 1990–2002.
Presided as Chairman of Supervisory Team of Post Merger Universal Bank in 2002. Bachelor Degree of Accounting from University of Indonesia.

SOEGITO
Independent Commissioner

Indonesian citizen, Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2001. An army officer since 1962. Commander of the Jakarta Military Command District 1985–1988.
Commander of the Army Strategic Command, 1988–1990. Assistant Joint Chief of Staffs, Indonesian Armed Forces, 1990–1994. Previously also served as the Indonesia military attache in Hanoi, Vietnam, and joined in various army combat commands.
Graduated from the National Army Academy; Army Staff and Command School; National Defense College.

ANUGERAH PEKERTI
Independent Commissioner

Indonesian citizen, Independent Commissioner of the Company since May 2007, after serving as Commissioner of Astra Otoparts since 2001 and Chairman of Audit Committee of Astra Otoparts since 2005. Until now hold positions in several organizations, such as Advisor of Indonesia’s Physics Olympic Team since 1995, Commissioner of Samudera Indonesia since 2000, member of Board of Directors in Samudera Shipping Limited, Singapore, since 2002, and member of International Board of Directors Habitat for Humanity International since 2005. Earned his Doctoral Degree in Business Administration from University of Southern California, USA.
