Singapore since 1995. Became Vice President Commissioner of Komatsu Indonesia since 2001 after serving as Commissioner in 1998-2000. Commissioner of Pama and Berau Coal in 1999-2003. Presided as Commissioner of Traktor Nusantara and United Tractors Semen Gresik since 1999. Held position as President Commissioner of Bina Pertiwi since 2002. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Trisakti University.

BAMBANG WIDJANARKO E.S.

Joined Astra at EDP Division in 1982 until became the Senior General Manager Corporate Human Resources & Efficiency in 1995 to 1996. Latest position as Vice President for Corporate Information Technology with Astra until early 2000. Became the Managing Director of Astra Graphia – Information Technology Solution in 1999-2003. Bachelor Degree from Bogor Farming Institute and degree in Economics from University of Indonesia.

GIDION HASAN
Director

Indonesian citizen, appointed as the Company’s Director since 2006. Joined Astra in 1999, previously as Corporate Planning and Investor Relation manager and as Chief of
Corporate Planning and Strategy. Prior to joining Astra, he was Corporate Finance Manager of Salim Group in 1994-1999. Graduated in Finance from Rogers State University, Oklahoma, USA.

ARYA N. SOEMALI
Director

Indonesian citizen, appointed as the Company’s Director since May 2007, after serving in SCS Astragraphia Technologies as President Director since 2004. Joined Astra Graphia in 1986 and held various positions up to Chief Executive Information in Division of Information Technology Solution. Appointed as Director of Astra Graphia in charge of SCS Astragraphia Technologies in 2003-2004. Graduated in Mining Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology.

EDHIE SARWONO
Director

Indonesian citizen, appointed as the Company’s Director since May 2007. Hold positions as Head of Environment & Social Responsibility Division in Astra International since 2005, and Director of PAM Lyonnaise Jaya since 2006. Joined Astra International in 1991 as engineer in Technology Development Division and in Astra Consulting Services until 1993. Appointed as Team Leader in Efficiency Division in 1993-1998 and as Head of Environment, Health & Safety Division in 1998-2004. Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Brawijaya University.

HENDRIK K. HADIWINATA

Indonesian citizen, appointed as the Company’s Director since May 2007. Joined the Company in 1979 as salesman until 1992. Held positions as Sales Manager of Forestry Department in 1992-2000, and as Head of Sales and Branch Operation Division in 2000-2007. Graduated in Industrial Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology.

IMAN NURWAHYU
Director

Indonesian citizen, appointed as the Company’s Director since May 2007. Joined the Company in 1988 and held positions as Head of Parts Department in several branch offices. Appointed as Head of Inventory Department in 1993 until 1999, as Deputy Head of Parts Division in 1999-2002, and as Head of Parts Division as well as Human Resources & General Affairs Division in 2002-early 2007. Graduated in Agricultural Engineering from Padjajaran University.
