Part of compensation and remuneration scheme provided for directors and managerial staff is an Employee Stock Option Program (ESOP). By way of giving stock options and grants, the Company serves to motivate those employees to achieve Company’s business goals, reward them for shareholder value creation, and align their interests with the shareholders', as well as to attract and retain the best available personnel for services as directors and key employees of the Company.

To ensure that our employees get an assurance for their retirement period, an ASTRA Pension scheme and Social Security (Jaminan Hari Tua through JAMSOSTEK) are provided to employees. Combination of year of service and advanced career in the company will determine the pension value of each employee.
