Currently PT United Tractors Tbk has ten companies in its group including the subsidiaries and affiliated companies :

PT Komatsu Indonesia Tbk (KI), as the manufacturer and assembler of Komatsu Heavy Equipment and foundry component. KI is Southeast Asia’s largest construction equipment manufacturing plant, encompassing the entire process from casting to assembly. Consists of four divisions: Construction Equipment Division, Foundry Division, Frame Fabrication Division, and Administration Division, KI grows rapidly and has proven to be a reliable partner - both as a business partner and a partner in development with the people and nation of Indonesia.

KI was founded in 1982 and opened its first CKD (completely knocked down) assembly lines on the premises of United Tractors. It has since evolved in four major phases of development which include a listing on the Jakarta Stock Exchange in October 1995. Today United Tractors owned 18.28% of the total shares. With the benefit of market expertise from United Tractors, KI was able to focus on equipment that were in high demand on the market, including hydraulic excavators, wheel loaders, bulldozers and motor graders. Other main products besides Construction Equipment are Frame Fabrication and Foundry.

PT United Tractors Pandu Engineering (UTE), as the manufacturer of forklift trucks, heavy transportation equipment, OE component and attachments and mining support. UTE was founded in 1983 and 100% owned by UT. In 1998 it opened Patria Europe Netherlands as its representative office in Europe.

Currently UTE has two plants: Cakung plant and Cikarang plant. Its main product, Patria Forklift, is developed and manufactured in-line with CE and GS standard, certified by TUV Rheinland, Germany. UTE employs advance measuring equipment to ensure conformance to specifications. For quality itself, UTE based their quality management to ISO 9001 and ISO 9002, certified by SAQAS-Australia.

PT Pamapersada Nusantara (Pama), as the surface mining contractor, was founded in 1989 and originated from heavy equipment rental division of United Tractors. Today Pama is owned 100% by UT and acknowledged as one of the pioneers of contract mining in Indonesia with a wealth of experience second to none. With this solid support and a desire to improve its expertise and provide customer satisfaction, Pama has grown along with Indonesian mining industry and is now able to provide comprehensive skills and services to clients and partners.

The current clients of Pama are PT Adaro Indonesia, PT Indomuro Kencana, PT Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam, PT Indominco Mandiri, PT Bukit Piatu Granite, PT Vietmindo Energitama, PT Multiharapan Utama, Kajima J.O, RNT Consortium. In mid 2000, Pama started its 3-years contract with Broken Hill Propietary (BHP) for the Petangis project in East Kalimantan. In November 2000, Pama signed Memorandum of Understanding with Kadya Caraka Mulya (KCM) for 5-years project in Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan. At the same time, Pama also won a tender from Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) to produce coal at new location with estimated yearly production at 1 million ton.

PT United Tractors Semen Gresik (UTSG), as quarries and limestone mining contractor on Gresik. UTSG was established in 1992 and UT owns 45% of the total shares.

PT Bina Pertiwi, as the main distributor of Kubota handtractors and John Deere farmtractors. Bina Pertiwi was established in 1976 and was acquisitioned 100% by UT in year 2000.

PT Komatsu Remanufacturing Asia (KRA), Overhaul & Reconditioning Komatsu Construction Machineries & Mining Equipment. KRA was established in 1997 and was 51% owned by UT. KRA is located in Balikpapan, East of Kalimantan.

UT Heavy Industry (UTHI), Heavy Equipment Trading, Singapore. Established in 1994 and is 100% owned by UT.
