PT Pamapersada Nusantara (Pama) was established in 1988 as contracting company in mining exploitation. In the beginning, Pama served as UT rental division for heavy equipment, before finally separated as subsidiary company and is acknowledged as one of mining contracting pioneer in Indonesia. Pama’s prominent clients among others are Adaro Indonesia, Kaltim Prima Coal, Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam, Kideco Jaya Agung and Indominco Mandiri. In 2007, Pama acquired PT Dasa Eka Jasatama (DEJ), a mining concession located in Rantau, South of Kalimantan. DEJ has high quality coal of 6.700 kcal calorific value, with production capacity amounting to 3.5 millions ton per year.

PT Bina Pertiwi (BP) was established in 1976 as one of UT’s subsidiary companies which specialized as the distributor of Kubota farm tractors. Aside from selling Kubota tractors and spare part, BP also provides sales of generator set as well as rental and sales of Patria forklift.
PT United Tractors Semen Gresik (UTSG) was established in 1992. The company is located in Gresik, East of Java, and serves as mining contractor for PT Semen Gresik, providing quarry limestone.

UT Heavy Industry (S) Pte.Ltd (UTHI) was established in 1994 in Singapore, and mainly involved as distribution arm for in the handling of import heavy equipment to Indonesia.

PT Komatsu Remanufacturing Asia (KRA) was established in 1997 whose head office and production facility located in Balikpapan, East of Kalimantan. Main activity of KRA is remanufacturing, and reconditioning of heavy equipment engine and component.

PT Multi Prima Universal (MPU) was established in 2008, located in Jakarta. Its main activity is rental of heavy equipment and sales of second hand equipment.

PT Tuah Turangga Agung (TTA) is a coal mining concession acquired by UT in 2008 and located in Kapuas, Central Kalimantan. The area covers 5,000 acres and contains coal with 6.300 kcal quality. The estimated coal reserve is amounting to 40 millions tons.
