Indonesian citizen, 49 years, President Commissioner of the Company since May 2005. He was appointed as President Director of PT Astra International Tbk (Astra) in March 2010. He has overall responsibility for the Astra Group’s businesses. He was previously Director of Astra from May 2001 to February 2010. Prior to joining Astra in 1990, he was Sales Engineering Manager at Daimler-Benz Indonesia.
He obtained his Dipl.-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering from University of A. Sc. Konstanz, Germany in 1984, and Dipl. Wirtschaftsing. in Business Administration from University of A. Sc. Bochum, Germany.

Currently holds position as Group Managing Director of Jardine Cycle & Carriage Ltd. Joined Jardine Matheson since 1998, most recently as Chief Executive Officer, and before that, Finance Director of Jardine Pacific Ltd. He is currently also a Director of Jardine Matheson, Jardine Matheson Ltd., Cycle & Carriage Bintang and MCL Land.
Graduated from Newcastle University, UK, in Agricultural Economics and Food Marketing, in 1995 and holds Master of Business Administration from INSEAD in 2002.

SIMON COLLIER DIXON

Australian citizen, 37 years, appointed as Commissioner of the Company since May 2010 to May 2011, as well as Director of Astra. Joined in Jardine Matheson, Hong Kong as Group Treasurer in 2006 and before that, worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London and Hong Kong in the years 1998 to 2006 and as Partner in 2005. Before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, he was a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 2005. Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia in 1996.

Indonesian citizen, 66 years, Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2003 to May 2011. Started career in 1968 by joining Bank of Tokyo, Jakarta. In 1970 joined Citibank N.A. as Assistant Vice President in Marketing as well as Operational and Credit Manager. Appointed as Vice President of Astra Sedaya Finance in 1983, General Manager of Finance and Corporate Treasurer Astra in 1980-1985, Director of Bank Perkembangan Asia in 1986-1990 prior to President Director of Bank Universal in 1990-2002. Presided as Chairman of Supervisory Team of Post Merger Universal Bank in 2002.

Indonesia citizen, 71 years, appointed as Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2001 to May 2011. An army officer since 1961, Commander of the Jakarta Military Command District in 1985-1988, Commander of the Army Strategic Command in 1988-1990. Assistant Joint chief of Staff, Indonesian Armed Forces, in 1990-1994. Previously also served as the Indonesia military attache in Hanoi,Vietnam, and joined in various army combat commands.
Graduated from National Army Academy in 1961, Army Staff and Command School and National Defense College in 1985.

ANUGERAH PEKERTI

Indonesian citizen, 71 years, appointed as Independent Commissioner of the Company and as the Chairman of the Audit Committee since May 2007 to May 2011. Also serves as Independent Commissioner of Samudera Indonesia, Non-Executive Independent Director of Samudera Shipping Line Ltd, Singapore, member of the International Board of Directors Habitat for Humanity International, USA, and as advisor for the Indonesian Physics Olympiad Team. Lecturer in PPM Institute of Management since 1968 and was appointed as President of the Institute in 1988-1998. Since 1998, also actively involve in the field of Corporate Governance and facilitates the implementation in numerous corporations and non profit organization.
Bachelor Degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia in 1967, and Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration from University of Southern California, USA, in 1985.
