understanding of the business, the financial and the investor, we
actively involve in Company’s strategic management formulation process
– vision, challenge, competition, strategic direction.

organization based on Company new strategic direction, not based on
people. Organization designing is not just a matter of filling the box
but designing what boxes are needed. For us, there is no sacred in
structure. Structure must follow strategy.
