United Tractors Generated Rp 25.62 Trillion Net Revenue for the First Semester 2011 |

PT United Tractors Tbk (“the Company”) today announced that the Company’s performance during the first semester 2011 recorded 42% increase in the Company’s consolidated revenue, from Rp 18.08 trillion in the first half of 2010 to Rp 25.62 trillion. The increase in net revenues was contributed by the heavy equipment distribution business unit that contributed 51.0% to the Company’s consolidated revenues, PT Pamapersada Nusantara (“Pama”), the Company’s subsidiary in mining contracting which contributed 38.3%, whereas the remaining 10.6% came from the mining business unit which is run by PT Prima Multi Mineral/ PPM (formerly called DEJ mines) and PT Tuah Turangga Agung., (27-07-2011) |

Results of United Tractors’ Limited Public Offering IV |

On 7 June 2011, PT United Tractors Tbk (“UT” or the “Company”) has successfully concluded the process of its Limited Public Offering IV in the context of the issuance of a pre-emptive rights (“Rights Issue IV”). The shareholders’ large interest to participate was indicated by the total subscription and excess application whose rate attained 1.12 times of the shares being offered. Proceeds obtained by the Company from this Rights Issue was Rp 6.07 trillion. With the conclusion of Rights Issue IV, UT as of now distributes 3,730,135,136 shares. The ownership of PT Astra International Tbk in the Company has not changed or fixed, that is equal to 59.50%., (07-06-2011) |
