PT United Tractors Jakarta Branch through its representative office in Bandung has conducted training and seminar on Optimizing Operations and Maintenance of PC200-8 and Introduction to KOMTRAX System on January 15, 2010 held at Kampung Sawah, Soreang - Bandung. The event was attended by owners, managers, mechanics and supervisors from UT customers in West Java area. Prior in Bandung, similar events have been conducted in almost all UT branches throughout Indonesia. This event is one of the top series of events "Launching of PC130F-7, PC200-8, and PC400-8" which will be held on January 21st, 2010 at Hotel Mulia, Jakarta.

The event started at 9am with explanation of features and advantages of PC200-8 compared with its predecessor, PC200-7. With ecot-3: Ecology & Economy - Technology 3, Komatsu develops its products with the aim to maintain environment and labor productivity. More complete job mode (Power Mode; Economy Mode: E0, E1, E2, E3; and Breaker Mode) provides best suited selections for field conditions, to create higher efficiency in productivity and fuel consumption. In addition, High Pressure Common Rail (HPCR) technology which is electrically controlled provides PC200-8 with better ratio of productivity to fuel PC200-7.
Furthermore, mechanics and operators were introduced to the function of PC200-8 panel monitors for its optimum use to improve the unit performance. PC200-8 monitors use 7-inch high-resolution TFT LCD display as well as simple and complete menu button. Using this large screen, operator can easily find the information needed, added with a combination of EMMS (Equipment Management Monitoring System) and KOMTRAX applied in PC200-8, mechanics can easily monitor the unit condition.
During the second session after lunch break, participants are invited to witness and observe demonstrations of PC200-8 new features at construction site Kampung Sawah.
