Jakarta, 29 July 2026 – Today PT United Tractors Tbk (“the Company” or “UT”) released its consolidated financial statements until the first half of 2026. Summary of the Company’s consolidated performance is provided on the table below:

The Company recorded net revenue of Rp58.3 trillion, decreased by 15% compared to Rp68.5 trillion in the same period of 2025. The decline was mainly due to lower gold sales from Agincourt Resources, along with weaker performance in the Heavy Equipment and Thermal and Metallurgical Coal Mining segments as the impact of a lower national coal RKAB allocation in 2026.

This was partially offset by higher revenue from the Mining Contracting segment, mainly driven by a stronger US Dollar.

The Company’s net income excludes non-recurring items was Rp4.3 trillion, down 48% YoY, mainly due to the lower gold sales from Agincourt Resources and weaker revenues largely reflecting the impact of a lower national coal RKAB allocation in 2026. The lower gold sales from the Martabe Gold Mine were due to the temporary halt of its operations. The Martabe Gold Mine has resumed its operations in the second quarter reporting period.

During the first half of 2026, the Company recognized non-recurring items totaling Rp3.3 trillion, mainly comprising of (i) impairment of Supreme Geothermal Energy and (ii) payment related to prior activities in forest areas, in relation to the Forest Area Utilization Approval (PPKH) at Stargate Nickel Mine.

As of 30 June 2026, the Company recorded net debt of Rp9.4 trillion, with a net gearing ratio of 8.5%, compared to a net cash position of Rp7.7 trillion as of 31 December 2025. This change primarily reflects the acquisition of a gold mining company and the share buyback program.

Heavy Equipment
The Heavy Equipment segment recorded a decrease in Komatsu sales volume by 27% to 1,994 units primarily due to a 55% decline in big machine sales in the mining sector to 325 units, driven by lower national coal RKAB allocations.

Revenue from spare parts and maintenance services slightly increased from Rp5.4 trillion in the first half last year to Rp 5.5 trillion.

In total, the Heavy Equiment segment recorded 28% decreased net revenue of Rp15.0 trillion.

To strengthen its after-sales services and commodity supply chain, the Company also operates supporting businesses through its subsidiaries which provide engineering services, manufacture heavy equipment components and attachments, and offer maritime logistics, shipbuilding, and maintenance services.

Mining Solutions

Mining Contracting Segment

The Company operates its Mining Contracting segment through PAMA and its subsidiary KPP Mining. PAMA and KPP Mining (“PAMA Group”) provide mining services to mine concession owners, by assisting them with overburden removal and coal and other mineral production.

Until the first half of 2026, PAMA Group recorded decreased overburden removal by 10% to 481 million bcm and coal production for its clients by 3% at 67 million tons, with an average stripping ratio of 7.2x, following the clients’ adjusted production target to align with the approved RKAB.

Aligned with growing opportunities within the non-coal mineral sector, PAMA Group is strengthening its expansion into gold and nickel mining. This strategic move aligns with the commitment to building a sustainable business portfolio and strengthening its foundation for PAMA Group long-term growth.

In total, the Mining Contracting segment recorded 4% increased net revenue of Rp27.2 trillion mainly due to a stronger USD.

Thermal and Metallurgical Coal Mining Segment

The Company’s thermal and metallurgical coal mining business segment is operated by Turangga Resources.

In the first half of 2026, Turangga Resources’s coal mine reported own coal sales volume of 6.0 million tons (including 1.6 million tons of metallurgical coal), decreased by 10% compared to the same period of 2025.

Thermal and Metallurgical Coal Mining segment recorded a 4% decrease in net revenue to Rp12.9 trillion, in line with the lower coal sales volume.

Gold and Other Mineral Mining Segment

The Gold and Other Mineral Mining segment recorded 66% lower revenue to Rp2.4 trillion, primarily due to the 82% lower gold sales.

Gold Mining

The Company’s gold mining business operated by Agincourt Resources and Sumbawa Juta Raya reported total gold sales equivalent of 23 thousand ounces until the first half of 2026, compared to 125 thousand ounces.

Nickel Business

Stargate Pasific Resources which operates nickel mine reported 886 thousand wet metric tonnes (wmt) of nickel ore sales until the first half of 2026, comprising 260 thousand wmt of saprolite and 626 thousand wmt of limonite.

20.13%-owned Nickel Industries Limited (“NIC”) is an integrated nickel mining and processing company with major assets located in Indonesia. UT recognized its contribution from NIC for the 6-month period in arrears based on NIC’s results from the final quarter of 2025 and first quarter of 2026. NIC’s RKEF operations reported nickel metal sales of 61,622 tons in the final quarter of 2025 and first quarter of 2026.

Corporate Action

On 30 June 2026, UT completed its third tranche share buyback program which was started from 1 April 2026 with 33.8 million shares repurchased. Subsequently, UT announced a fourth tranche of its share buyback up to Rp2 trillion from 1 July to 30 September 2026.

Cumulatively, UT has repurchased 237 million shares with a total value of approximately Rp 7.1 trillion from the initial share buyback program executed between July 2022 and January 2023 as well as the first through third tranches of the share buyback program completed this year.

Under these programs, the shares are being repurchased in accordance with the Financial Services Authority regulation related to share buybacks under significantly fluctuating market conditions.

These programs reflect management’s confidence in the Company’s prospects and its ability to generate sustainable cash flow, as well as supporting the government in maintaining stability of the capital market.

Jakarta, July 29, 2026 – PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) receives another recognition for its commitment to integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into its business strategy. At the IDX Channel ESG Awards 2026, UT earns the Highest Award in the Industrial and Commercial Services Sector, recognizing the Company’s successful implementation of ESG practices that create long-term value for its business, society, and the environment. The award is presented at the Main Hall of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Jakarta, during a ceremony attended by the Minister of Environment, Mohammad Jumhur Hidayat.

The recognition reflects UT’s commitment to embedding ESG beyond regulatory compliance and positioning it as a strategic driver of sustainable business growth. The awards assess participating companies based on five key criteria: strategy and policy, leadership commitment, ESG performance, stakeholder participation, and ESG reporting. These indicators evaluate how consistently and effectively companies integrate ESG principles into corporate governance, business operations, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability reporting.

“ESG has become an integral part of UT’s business strategy. This award is a testament to our ongoing efforts to drive sustainable growth through innovation, strong corporate governance, and value creation for all stakeholders. We believe sustainability is not only a corporate responsibility but also the foundation of our long-term competitiveness and growth,” says Tri Puji Astuti, Corporate Sustainability Department Head.

Prior to receiving the award, UT undergoes a comprehensive evaluation process. The Company submits its flagship initiative, “ESG Transformation as a Sustainable Business Advantage,” through the official IDX Channel submission platform and presents the initiative during an online evaluation session before a panel of judges comprising Wahyu T. Setyobudi, Researcher at Global Business BINUS Business School and Chairman of the Indonesian GRC Association; Achmad Daniri; and M. Rizky Zein, Sustainability Senior Expert at the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Carrying the theme “Beyond Compliance: Leveraging ESG to Create Long-Term Corporate Value,” the IDX Channel ESG Awards 2026 recognizes companies and business leaders that demonstrate strong leadership and commitment to implementing sustainable business practices. The theme underscores how ESG transformation evolves beyond regulatory compliance into a strategic business approach that strengthens competitiveness, expands access to financing, and creates sustainable corporate value amid an increasingly dynamic global economy.

Jakarta, July 25, 2026 – Every child deserves to grow up in a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment, including while their parents are at work. Guided by this belief, PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) continues to foster a family-friendly workplace by providing quality child care services through UT D’Care.

This commitment leads UT D’Care to become the first and, to date, the only corporate day care facility in Indonesia to receive the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) Certification for Child-Friendly Day Care (Taman Asuh Ramah Anak/TARA) with the Paripurna rating, the highest distinction under SNI 9255:2025. Issued by PT Manajemen Qolbu Sertifikasi (LSPro MQ Cert), the certification recognizes UT D’Care’s compliance with national standards for child care services.

The certification is officially presented by Muhammad Bascharul Asana, President Director of LSPro MQ Cert, to Ari Sutrisno, Director of UT, during the AHEMCE Family Wellness Day 2026 held at Aviary UT, Jakarta. The event also commemorates National Children’s Day and celebrates the eighth anniversary of UT D’Care. Carrying the theme “Growing Healthy, Growing Together,” the event serves as a meaningful occasion for the UT Group family to strengthen relationships while reaffirming the Company’s commitment to supporting children’s growth and development.

As part of this milestone, Arifah Fauzi, Indonesia’s Minister of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection (PPPA), attends the closing ceremony of the 42nd National Children’s Day commemoration. Her presence reflects the government’s support for companies that provide child care services aligned with national standards and promote family-friendly workplaces.

Rika Nurhayati, Head of UT D’Care, emphasizes that this achievement is made possible through the collective commitment and collaboration of everyone involved in creating the best possible environment for children.

“Achieving the SNI TARA Certification with the Paripurna rating is the result of the commitment and collaboration of all stakeholders in providing a safe, comfortable, and child-friendly care environment. This milestone motivates UT D’Care to continuously enhance the quality of our services while providing the best possible support for children’s growth and development,” says Rika.

The SNI TARA Certification represents more than formal recognition. It reflects UT’s consistent commitment to ensuring that every aspect of its child care services meets national standards, including safety, comfort, child protection, health, quality of care, and support for children’s holistic development. The certification is awarded following a comprehensive audit and evaluation process based on SNI 9255:2025.

Beyond offering a child care facility, UT D’Care provides comprehensive child and parenting services designed to support children’s overall development. These include a safe learning environment, developmental stimulation programs, a mobile application that enables parents to monitor their children in real time, and a variety of activities that encourage positive interaction between children and their families.

For UT, investing in people is just as important as investing in business growth. Through UT D’Care, the Company remains committed to ensuring that parents can work with peace of mind while every child has the opportunity to grow, learn, and thrive in a safe, high-quality, and nurturing environment.

With the achievement of the SNI TARA Certification, UT hopes this best practice inspires more companies across Indonesia to establish high-quality child care services while fostering workplaces that are increasingly family-friendly, inclusive, and sustainable.

Sukabumi, 14 July 2026 – PT United Tractors Tbk (UT), a subsidiary of PT Astra International Tbk (Astra), reaffirms its commitment to environmental conservation by releasing 10 Timor Deer (Rusa timorensis) into the Cikepuh Wildlife Reserve in Sukabumi Regency, West Java. The initiative is part of UTREES (United Tractors for Nature and Environment Sustainability), UT’s sustainability program implemented in collaboration with IPB University to support biodiversity conservation in Indonesia.

The release marks a significant milestone in the long-term collaboration between UT and IPB University on Timor Deer conservation, which has been ongoing since 2018. Through a breeding and conservation program at the IPB Dramaga Campus Forest Park, the Timor Deer population has grown significantly from an initial eight individuals to 43. Of these, 10 fourth-generation Timor Deer have been assessed as meeting the criteria for release into their natural habitat.

The initiative also involves various stakeholders, including IPB University, the West Java Natural Resources Conservation Agency (BBKSDA), the local village government, and other partners. This multi-stakeholder collaboration is expected to strengthen wildlife conservation efforts while raising public awareness of the importance of preserving Indonesia’s rich biodiversity.

UT Director Ari Sutrisno emphasizes that biodiversity conservation is an integral part of the company’s commitment to sustainable business practices.

“Through the UTREES program, we strive to make a meaningful contribution to the conservation of Indonesia’s endemic wildlife while helping maintain ecological balance. Our collaboration with IPB University and other stakeholders demonstrates that collective action can create a positive impact on the environment and contribute to a more sustainable future,” said Ari.

Timor Deer Release Ceremony.

The Timor Deer (Rusa timorensis) is one of Indonesia’s endemic species and plays a vital role in maintaining ecosystem balance through seed dispersal and forest regeneration. According to the IUCN Red List, the species is classified as Vulnerable, underscoring the need for continuous conservation efforts to ensure the long-term sustainability of its population.

Prior to the release, each deer undergoes a series of preparatory measures, including comprehensive health assessments, individual condition evaluations, habitat suitability surveys, and a two-week habituation process in an adaptation enclosure located within the release area. These measures are designed to enhance the animals’ ability to adapt to their natural environment and increase the likelihood of a successful reintroduction.

The Cikepuh Wildlife Reserve is selected as the release site due to its well-preserved natural habitat, abundant food resources, and vegetation cover that support the survival of the Timor Deer. The reserve is also home to a wide variety of wildlife species, making it an ecologically suitable location for the reintroduction program.

In addition to supporting wildlife conservation, the initiative contributes to the company’s sustainability goals by strengthening its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) commitments, particularly in biodiversity management. Through its sustainability initiatives, UT continues to implement programs that create lasting value for both the environment and society while fostering collaboration with stakeholders to build a more sustainable future.

East Nusa Tenggara, July 4, 2026 – For the people of Persiapan Lewouran Village, East Flores Regency, clean water is more than a daily necessity, it represents hope for a better quality of life. Located on the slopes of Mount Lewotobi Laki-Laki, the village has faced limited access to clean water for many years.

In response to this challenge, PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) has provided access to clean water by constructing deep wells, reaffirming the Company’s commitment to improving the quality of life of communities in need.

“Clean water is essential for meeting daily needs, while also representing hope and creating opportunities for people to live healthier and more productive lives. We are grateful to be part of the effort to provide a sustainable solution for the people of Persiapan Lewouran Village. We hope this facility will be used collectively, maintained responsibly, and continue to benefit future generations,” said Himawan Sutanto, CSR Manager of UT.

Through drilling activities carried out in collaboration with the local community, three groundwater sources were successfully identified at depths ranging from 60 to 90 meters. The availability of these water sources marks an important milestone in providing reliable access to clean water for the entire community of Persiapan Lewouran Village.

To ensure these water sources can be utilized optimally, UT also supported the installation of electricity meters with capacities ranging from 3,500 to 5,500 VA. This support enables the water pumps to operate efficiently according to the depth of each well, allowing for more effective and reliable water distribution.

For UT, providing access to clean water is not merely about building infrastructure; it is about bringing hope. Through close collaboration with the local community, the Company remains committed to creating meaningful social impact that contributes to improving people’s quality of life. This initiative reflects UT’s commitment to growing alongside communities and contributing to a better future for Indonesia.
