Jakarta, August 29, 2026 – Every journey has an ending, but the dedication given along the way remains part of a story that continues to be carried forward. This spirit reflects in the 2026 Retirement Appreciation Event, held by PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) over three days, from August 27-29, 2026.

Carrying the theme of “A Legacy of Dedication, an Inspiration for Generations,” the event serves as a tribute and expression of appreciation from UT to 41 employees entering retirement in 2026 and their spouses, recognizing their loyalty, contributions, and dedication throughout their journey with the Company. The event also attracts UT’s Board of Directors (BOD), General Managers, and the Executive Board of the Labor Union (BESP).

The event commences on August 27, 2026, at the Grand Ballroom of UT in Jakarta, with a Wellducate session that provides retiring employees with knowledge and insights to prepare for life after their careers. The session on physical health, themed “Beware of Heart Attacks,” is delivered by Dr. dr. Jajang Sinardja, Sp.JP(K) from Heartology, followed by a mental health session titled “Happiness in Retirement: A Neuroscience and Heart Perspective,” delivered by dr. Aisah Dahlan, CM. NLP., CCht., CI.

The highlight of the first day features a retirement graduation ceremony and the presentation of sashes, symbolizing the completion of their professional journey and the beginning of a new chapter in life. The atmosphere grows warmer with performances by UT’s BOD, who sing Cerita Cinta by Kahitna and Cintaku by Chrisye. Another meaningful moment includes the presentation of roses to the retirees’ spouses as a token of appreciation for their support and companionship throughout the employees’ careers at UT.

On the second day, August 28, 2026, the retirees and their spouses enjoyed the natural beauty of Ciwidey, Bandung Regency, by visiting Rengganis Suspension Bridge and Situ Patenggang. These activities provide an opportunity to relax and enjoy quality time together while creating lasting memories before embarking on a new phase of life.

The 2026 Retirement Appreciation Event concludes on August 29, 2026, with an exploration of Bandung. Participants enjoy a city tour and learn about Bandung’s history aboard the Bandros sightseeing bus. The agenda continues with an arts performance at Saung Angklung Udjo, followed by a visit to a local souvenir center before returning to Jakarta.

More than just a farewell ceremony, the 2026 Retirement Appreciation Event offers UT an opportunity to celebrate the journeys of employees who are integral to the Company’s growth and development. Through a series of educational sessions, appreciation activities, and moments of togetherness, UT seeks to equip retirees to embrace their retirement years with health, happiness, and purpose.

While their journey at UT reaches a milestone, the values, experiences, and inspiration they share remain part of the Company’s larger story. The legacy of dedication they leave behind inspires the next generation to create meaningful contributions and deliver their best for United Tractors.

Jakarta, August 31, 2026 – PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) and its subsidiaries, namely PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA), PT Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP), PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR), PT Sumbawa Jaya Raya (SJR), PT Traktor Nusantara (Traknus), and PT Bina Pertiwi (BP), collectively referred to as the UT Group, continue to strengthen their support for communities affected by the earthquake in Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT). Since the onset of the emergency response phase, the UT Group has deployed Emergency Response Teams (ERT), distributed logistical aid, provided healthcare services and ready-to-eat meals, and conducted needs assessments for communities in Kabupaten Manggarai, Manggarai Timur, Ende, and Sikka.

Between August 19 and August 27, 2026, up to 20 ERT personnel from UT, PAMA, KPP, PTAR, and SJR were deployed to provide direct support for disaster relief operations in the field. The team carried out various activities, ranging from healthcare services, aid distribution, and regional condition assessments to coordination with local governments and various stakeholders to ensure aid reached the intended recipients effectively.

“In disaster situations, rapid response and collaboration are key to assisting the community during the emergency response period. Through the synergy of all UT Group entities, we strive to mobilize our resources so that aid reaches the community in accordance with actual needs on the ground. We hope this support helps alleviate the community’s burden while also aiding the recovery process in the affected areas,” said Dianwahyu Sri Purnomo, Head of Corporate Communications and Sustainability Division at UT.

Healthcare services have been a primary focus of the field operations. As of August 27, 2026, medical services provided at various locations had reached 895 patients. Services were delivered in several areas, including Desa Satar Ngkeling, Desa Tuke, Desa Banka Kenda, Dusun Ranggi, Desa Bekakor, Dusun Lalong, and Desa Kakor in Kabupaten Manggarai. In addition, PAMA is providing psychosocial support services for affected children and adolescents in Kecamatan Wae Ri’i as part of post-disaster recovery efforts.

Regarding the fulfillment of basic needs, the UT Group is distributing various forms of aid to the community and to the families of UT Group employees affected by the disaster. In Kecamatan Wae Ri’i, Kabupaten Manggarai, logistical aid had reached 1,099 households in Desa Compang Ndehes and Desa Ndehes. Aid (consisting of packages of staple foods, tarpaulins, mats, blankets, and other essentials) has also been distributed to Desa Satar Keling, Kelurahan Tiong Toko, Desa Bentang Poco, and several other affected areas in Kabupaten Manggarai. Meanwhile, in Kabupaten Ende, UT distributed 100 aid packages to the residents of Desa Roga through a collaboration with RRI Ende and the Indonesian Air Force (TNI AU).

To help meet community needs during the emergency response period, the UT Group is also distributing ready-to-eat meals at several evacuation sites, including 100 portions in the Wae Ri’i area. Assistance is also being provided to the families of UT Group employees affected in Kabupaten Ende, demonstrating care for the UT Group workforce impacted by the disaster.
The UT Group is also supporting the smooth mobilization of aid by providing operational resources. KPP handed over three generator units to meet electricity needs at churches in Desa Satar Ngkeling, Desa Golo Cador, and Desa Longko. Meanwhile, Traknus and BP provided two forklifts to assist the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) in managing and mobilizing aid at the Halim Perdanakusuma Airport Logistics Warehouse in Jakarta.
Beyond aid distribution, the UT Group is conducting assessments of the affected areas to ensure that the support provided aligns with community needs. In Kecamatan Wae Ri’i, KPP is assessing five villages to map out the condition of the community and the impact on public facilities. Coordination was also carried out with the Ende Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) regarding the assessment of affected schools, public facilities, and places of worship, as well as with the Sikka BPBD concerning the aid distribution plan for Desa Umagera and the assessment of affected schools in Kabupaten Sikka.
These efforts were implemented through collaboration among the UT Group, the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), regional disaster management agencies (BPBD), local governments, the Indonesian Air Force (TNI AU), RRI, and other relevant parties. This synergy reflects the UT Group’s commitment to remaining present and making a tangible contribution to communities facing emergency situations.
Moving forward, the UT Group will continue to monitor conditions in the affected areas and adjust its support based on assessment results and community needs. Through ongoing collaboration with various stakeholders, the UT Group hopes to help accelerate the recovery process for the communities and areas affected by the earthquake in Nusa Tenggara Timur.

Jakarta, August 21, 2026 – Workplace safety is no longer focused solely on incident prevention but also on the ability to anticipate risks, leverage technology, and build a safety culture in which every employee plays an active role. As part of this commitment, PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) continues to strengthen the implementation of occupational health and safety (OHS) through an excellent, innovative, data-driven, and sustainable safety system that is aligned with global OHS developments.

This commitment has earned UT three awards at the Indonesia Safety Excellence Award (ISEA) 2026, held at Prama Sanur Beach Hotel, Bali. UT received two awards in the Corporate Excellence Awards category, namely the Best Safety Culture and Human Performance Award and the Best Safety Governance and Risk Management Award. Concurrently, UT’s Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Department Head, Erika Pratiwi Darmanto, received The Best Safety Leadership on OSH Culture award in the Leadership Excellence Awards category.

“This recognition serves as both an appreciation and motivation for us to continuously strengthen our safety culture. For UT, safety is not merely about systems and procedures but also about fostering awareness and responsibility among every employee to create a safe working environment. We also continue to leverage technology and data to help identify and control potential risks at an early stage,” said Erika Pratiwi Darmanto.

ISEA 2026 is a national-level awards program that recognizes organizations demonstrating excellence in safety transformation through innovation, technology, and data-driven approaches. Held in conjunction with the OSH Asia’s Summit 2026, this year’s event carried the theme “Advancing Predictive & Sustainable Safety in the Digital and Climate Era.”

As part of the assessment process, UT went through several stages, including administrative screening, online presentation, evaluation, and judging interviews. The assessment covered six aspects: predictive safety systems, digital safety implementation, sustainability, safety culture, key performance indicator (KPI)-based safety performance, as well as governance and systems.

This achievement is part of UT’s ongoing journey to build a safety culture that is predictive, sustainable, and focused on employees. More than just an award, this recognition reinforces UT’s commitment to continuously creating safe working environments while remaining prepared to address future challenges.

Tuban, July 29, 2026 – PT United Tractors Semen Gresik (UTSG), a subsidiary of PT United Tractors Tbk (UT), demonstrates its commitment to supporting the enhancement of vocational education quality in Indonesia by donating practical training equipment to Politeknik Semen Indonesia (POLTEKSI). This initiative forms part of the company’s efforts to support the competency development of the younger generation, ensuring they are better prepared to meet the demands of the industrial sector.

To support learning activities at POLTEKSI, UTSG donates 1 dump truck engine, 1 dump truck transmission, and 1 excavator hydraulic boom cylinder. Although this equipment is no longer used in the company’s daily operations, it remains suitable as educational tools to support students’ practical training in heavy equipment and mechanical engineering.

A representative from the Corporate Asset Department, accompanied by UTSG’s CSR Department Head and Security Unit Section, conducts the symbolic handover of the donation to a representative of POLTEKSI. UTSG CARM Department Head Mashadi states that this collaboration demonstrates a shared commitment between the industrial and educational sectors to empower and develop human resources.

“Through this collaboration, the company strives to make a real contribution to the educational sector. We hope that the donation of this engine unit and heavy equipment components serves as useful practical training tools for students to improve their technical competencies, providing a more applicable learning experience aligned with industry needs,” says Mashadi.

Echoing this sentiment, UTSG SHE & CSR Department Head Zakiyatul Fahmi adds that the company focuses not solely on business sustainability but also on actively supporting human resource development.

“We hope that these donated units can be utilized optimally as learning facilities for the students. May this collaboration serve as the beginning of a sustainable partnership between the company and educational institutions in producing competent graduates who are ready to compete in the workforce,” says Zakiyatul Fahmi.

POLTEKSI expresses its appreciation for UTSG’s support. This assistance is expected to complement its practical facilities while allowing students to gain learning experiences more relevant to real-world industrial conditions.

Through this collaboration, UTSG hopes to further strengthen the partnership between the business and educational sectors, creating a relevant, innovative, and sustainable learning ecosystem while contributing to the advancement of Indonesia’s human resource quality.

Jakarta, August 19, 2026 – Amid rapid technological advancements and evolving business dynamics, human capital is a critical driver of growth and adaptation for companies. This is reflected in PT United Tractors Tbk (UT)’s commitment to developing capabilities that remain relevant to business needs while creating a sustainable impact. This commitment is recognized through the Indonesia Distinguished Human Capital Leader Award 2026, presented to Ari Sutrisno, Director of Human Capital, Communications & Sustainability at UT, at the Indonesia Human Capital Award XII 2026 (IHCA-XII-2026), held at the Thamrin Nine Ballroom, Chubb Square, Jakarta.

“Amid rapid technological advancements and increasingly dynamic business environments, Human Capital plays a strategic role in ensuring that organizations can adapt and continue to grow. At UT, people development represents a long-term investment to build capabilities relevant to business needs while creating a broader impact,” states Ari Sutrisno.

The award recognizes Ari Sutrisno’s leadership and contributions to advancing Human Capital development, both within UT and at the national level. This recognition reflects his proven leadership track record, tangible impact on business performance, achievements, and strong professional integrity and reputation. His active involvement in the Human Capital community, reputation as a thought leader in the field, and contributions to talent development and the advancement of Human Capital practices in Indonesia form key considerations in the assessment.

The assessment process is conducted by the IHCA 2026 Jury, comprising experienced professionals and practitioners from diverse backgrounds, including academics, Human Capital consultants, industry leaders, and national figures. The breadth of expertise and experience among the jury members provides a comprehensive perspective in evaluating candidates’ track records, achievements, integrity, reputation, and contributions to Human Capital development. This further reinforces the award’s credibility as recognition from professionals and experts in the field.

Carrying the theme “From Human Capital to Human Capability – Creating Competitive Advantage in the Age of AI and Disruption,” IHCA-XII-2026 highlights the importance of shifting the role of Human Capital from managing resources to developing human capabilities that can create competitive advantage. The advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) and evolving business environments encourage companies to build increasingly adaptive and innovative individuals and organizations prepared for the future.

In line with this perspective, UT views people development as a long-term investment and a foundation for sustainable growth. For UT, having strong human capital is not only about possessing the competencies required today but also about building readiness to navigate future challenges. By placing people at the heart of its business journey, UT fosters an environment that encourages growth, drives innovation, and makes positive contributions to business sustainability and Indonesia’s development.

Jakarta, August 8, 2026 – The progress of a nation is built not only on technological advancement and economic growth, but also on people equipped with knowledge, strong character, and a commitment to lifelong learning. Guided by this belief, PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) introduces UT untuk Kemajuan Indonesia (UNTUK Indonesia) as a platform for learning, exchanging perspectives, and building character while creating meaningful impact for society.

Carrying the spirit of “Tumbuh untuk Berdampak dan Berkarya dengan Karakter” (Grow to Make an Impact and Create with Character), UNTUK Indonesia 2026 reflects UT’s commitment to contributing to the development of Indonesia’s human capital. The initiative aligns with the fourth Asta Cita, Astra’s 3P Roadmap, which encompasses People, Portfolio, and Public Contribution, as well as the spirit of Moving as One in fostering collaboration and shared progress.

“UNTUK Indonesia is more than a series of activities. It is a movement that encourages all of us to recognize that everyone has the opportunity to contribute. We can start with simple things: continuing to learn, sharing knowledge, setting an example, and making the most of what we have to benefit others. This is the spirit we want to continue fostering, both within and beyond the organization,” said Director of Human Capital, Communications & Sustainability of UT, Ari Sutrisno.

The initiative brings together people from different generations and backgrounds through three main pillars: Learning Festival, Business Forum, and Competition & Campaign. As part of the Learning Festival, participants have opportunities to broaden their perspectives on future-ready skills, leadership, and workplace preparedness. The program generates strong enthusiasm, with 7,991 registrations from a wide range of participants, including high school and vocational school students, university students, fresh graduates, and the general public. Across six sessions, the Learning Festival features 29 speakers from diverse backgrounds. Further information and updates on UNTUK Indonesia are available on Instagram at @ut.untukindonesia.

Meanwhile, the Business Forum provides a platform for industry leaders, professionals, and other stakeholders to explore issues shaping the future of the workplace and industry. Across six sessions, the forum features 16 speakers, comprising executives, leaders, talents, and experts, and attracts 1,134 participants. Discussions cover a wide range of topics, including workforce transformation, leadership, artificial intelligence (AI), digitalization, green technology, and sustainability.

One of the key messages highlighted throughout the Business Forum is the important role of leaders in preparing organizations for the future. Effective leadership is not only about delivering performance, but also about developing the next generation of leaders. Leadership is reflected in everyday actions—how leaders navigate pressure, listen to their teams, embrace different perspectives, and create opportunities for others to grow.

This spirit is further reinforced through the message “Sedekah Ilmu Dimulai dari Kita” (Sharing Knowledge Starts with Us), which becomes an integral part of UNTUK Indonesia. The message comes to life through two key movements: #LearningCulture, with the theme “Tumbuh untuk Berdampak” (Grow to Make an Impact), and #LifeWithManner, with the theme “Berkarya dengan Karakter” (Create with Character). Both movements encourage individuals to continue learning, share knowledge, build character, and put positive values into practice in their everyday lives as a meaningful contribution to others.

On the other hand, the Competition & Campaign pillar provides a platform for participants to translate the values of ethics, civility, and good citizenship into meaningful action. One of the initiatives is the #LifeWithManner campaign, which receives 1,168 video submissions from the public and selects 12 finalists to advance to the grand final. Participants compete across four categories: #MannerDiSekolah, #MannerDiKampus, #MannerDiMasyarakat, and #MannerDiLingkunganKerja. The judging process involves 17 judges across three rounds, with participants’ work assessed against a range of relevant criteria.

The UNTUK Indonesia 2026 series culminates in the Grand Final & Closing, serving as a moment to showcase the best works, recognize participants and winners, and appreciate the contributions of the initiative’s collaborators. The event also features a diverse range of performances representing creativity, cultural diversity, and contribution, including a performance by UT School featuring aspiring mechanics and vocational school instructors; a traditional dance performance by Sanggar Tari PAMA; a solo performance by Harmoni dalam Keberagaman (Harmonika) internship participant Fairuz Nurul Izzah; and a performance by Gema Dinamika Military Band of SMK Dinamika Pembangunan 2 East Jakarta, an educational institution supported by UT through its corporate social responsibility (CSR) program.

Through UNTUK Indonesia, UT aims to make learning more than an activity confined to classrooms or discussion forums. Instead, learning is positioned as the starting point for meaningful change that can be applied in everyday life, in the workplace, in organizations, and in society. The knowledge gained through the initiative is shared with others, creating a ripple effect that inspires more people to grow, contribute, and make a positive difference in others’ lives.

Jakarta, August 7, 2026 – Providing reliable and high-quality service to customers remains a key commitment of PT United Tractors Tbk (UT). As customer needs continue to evolve, UT continues to strengthen its service capabilities by delivering faster, more accurate, and reliable solutions. This commitment is reflected in the inauguration of the Jakarta Parts Distribution Center (PDC), which marks an important milestone in UT’s digital supply chain transformation. The inauguration was marked by a flag-off ceremony, symbolizing the commencement of parts distribution from the Jakarta PDC to customers across Sumatra, Java, Sulawesi, and Papua. The facility is expected to strengthen UT’s distribution capabilities and support the timely fulfillment of customer needs across Indonesia.

UT President Director, Iwan Hadiantoro, said that the digital-based warehouse transformation is part of UT’s ongoing efforts to enhance operational efficiency while delivering greater value to customers.

“This transformation is not simply about working faster. It is about creating simpler, more efficient, and more accurate processes that enable us to respond better to customer needs. By leveraging technology and data, we aim to move faster while making smarter decisions. At the same time, safety remains our top priority and must be upheld across every aspect of our operations. Through this transformation, we are confident that we can continue to improve our service quality and deliver greater value to our customers,” said Iwan Hadiantoro.

The inauguration of the Jakarta PDC is part of the grand launch of UT’s digital-based warehouse initiative, which carries the theme “Moving Faster and Growing Smarter.” The initiative reflects UT’s commitment to advancing operational excellence by integrating technology, data, and connectivity, while strengthening the overall supply chain ecosystem.

Warehousing plays a strategic role in ensuring parts availability and supporting the continuity of customers’ operations. Each stage of the warehouse process from receiving, put-away, and storage to picking and dispatching contributes to fulfillment speed and delivery lead times. Meanwhile, inventory accuracy and data quality are essential for ensuring parts availability and enabling faster, more informed decision-making.

To support these efforts, UT’s digitally based warehouse transformation is built on four key pillars: speed, accuracy, safety, and network. Speed enables UT to respond more quickly to customer needs, while accuracy ensures greater inventory precision and supports data-driven decision-making. Safety remains a fundamental priority to ensure that operational activities are carried out productively and responsibly. Meanwhile, network strengthens connectivity across the supply chain ecosystem, enabling a more integrated and seamless distribution process.

The Jakarta PDC represents another step in UT’s commitment to continuously enhancing its customer service capabilities. By strengthening parts availability and distribution, the facility is expected to provide greater convenience for customers in accessing the parts they need, support operational continuity, and deliver a more reliable service experience.

Through the Jakarta PDC and its broader digital supply chain transformation, UT remains committed to continuously improving its service capabilities and delivering the best possible support to customers across Indonesia.

In response to these challenges, PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) held the AHEMCE Communications Festival (CommFest) 2026 as a platform for learning and collaboration among employees across the UT Group, to strengthen an inclusive and impactful communication culture.

Carrying the theme “Shaping Inclusive Impact: Communicate, Collaborate, and Contribute,” AHEMCE CommFest 2026 was part of the Learning Festival UNTUK Indonesia series, featuring an inspirational seminar, creative competition, and participant appreciation. Held virtually via Zoom Meeting, the event was attended by more than 400 employees from various entities across the UT Group.

Effective communication has become an essential foundation for fostering strong collaboration, building trust, and driving innovation in the workplace. As the business landscape continues to evolve, communication no longer serves merely as a means of delivering information, but also as a bridge that strengthens cross-functional collaboration and shapes an adaptive work culture.

“We believe that open and collaborative communication is one of the keys to creating an adaptive and productive work culture.
To broaden participants’ perspectives, UT invited Vina Muliana as the keynote speaker. She encouraged participants to recognize that every employee serves as a representative of the Company, capable of shaping the organization’s image and reputation through everyday communication and activities on digital platforms.

During the session, Vina discussed various topics, ranging from the importance of effective communication in creating an inclusive workplace environment, strategies for developing authentic and relevant content, to strengthening personal branding and the role of employee advocacy in supporting corporate reputation. She also shared various case studies and best practices to provide participants with practical insights into delivering corporate messages responsibly while creating added value for their audiences.

The spirit of collaboration promoted through AHEMCE CommFest 2026 extended beyond the seminar session. As part of the event series, UT also introduced the Reel It Challenge, an Instagram Reels content creation competition featuring video and motion graphic formats, which will take place from August 6 to September 6, 2026. The competition is divided into two categories: UT Group Internal and UTizen, providing employees with a platform to channel their creativity while delivering positive corporate messages through engaging, authentic, and impactful digital content.

Through this event, UT hopes to strengthen employees’ understanding that communication is not merely about delivering messages, but also about building relationships, strengthening collaboration, and creating a sustainable positive impact. With effective communication and a commitment to continuous contribution, every individual is expected to become a positive representative of the Company, both in the workplace and across digital platforms.
