This commitment is highlighted during a talk show titled “More Than Just a Quota: Neurodivergent Individuals Contributing to Indonesia,” organized by Circle4Autism/Indonesian Autism Foundation at the Multipurpose Hall of Bidakara Tower 1 in South Jakarta. The event serves as a platform for discussion and shared learning on the importance of creating more inclusive workplaces for neurodivergent individuals and persons with disabilities in Indonesia.

During the event, UT represents the industrial sector by sharing its experience in implementing the Harmonika Program (Harmony in Diversity), an empowerment initiative that provides structured and sustainable internship opportunities for persons with disabilities. The program is a collaboration between UT and the Indonesian Autism Foundation, aimed at creating access to meaningful work experiences for neurodivergent individuals.

“The Harmonika Program is designed not only to provide internship opportunities for neurodivergent individuals and persons with disabilities, but also to ensure they gain meaningful work experience that aligns with organizational needs. Therefore, the process is carried out in a structured manner, starting from administrative screening and interviews to psychological assessments, enabling participants’ potential to be identified and developed optimally within the workplace,” said Nurdiansyah Budiman, Organization Development & Productivity Department Head of United Tractors.

In 2025, the Harmonika Program provides internship opportunities to 18 persons with disabilities across 10 companies within the UT Group. Throughout the three-month internship period, participants have the opportunity to enhance their skills, build self-confidence, and gain firsthand experience in a professional work environment.

Through this forum, UT also introduces the Harmonika Program 2026, reaffirming its commitment to creating more opportunities for neurodivergent individuals to develop their potential and contribute meaningfully to society. Bogor, May 7, 2026 – PT Energia Prima Nusantara (EPN), a subsidiary of PT United Tractors Tbk (UT), continues to support Indonesia’s clean energy transition through developing Rooftop Solar Power Plants (PLTS Atap). Most recently, EPN partnered with PT Astra Komponen Indonesia (ASKI) to install a 788.97 kWp rooftop solar system at ASKI’s Bogor manufacturing facility.

The rooftop solar plant is inaugurated on May 7, 2026, at the ASKI showroom, attended by ASKI President Director Prihatanto Agung Lesmono and EPN Director Achmad Rizal Roesindrawan. This partnership demonstrates both companies’ commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by utilizing renewable energy and reducing industrial carbon emissions.

Achmad Rizal Roesindrawan expresses his appreciation for the trust ASKI places in EPN to support the company’s clean energy transformation. “EPN has operated since 2018 and reaches a total installed solar capacity of 37 MWp. We appreciate ASKI’s trust and hope this system boosts ASKI’s energy efficiency and aids the environment,” says Achmad Rizal.

Prihatanto Agung Lesmono notes that this partnership enhances synergy within Astra Group, strengthening the value chain and supporting environmental sustainability. 

“This collaboration within Astra strengthens our companies, especially ASKI as a medical device manufacturer. It demonstrates ASKI’s real contribution to sustainability and emission reduction. We consider installing a battery with EPN. The system integrates with ASKI’s machinery, and we hope this marks the start of a stronger partnership,” says Prihatanto.

The rooftop solar power system installed by EPN at ASKI’s facility consists of 1,326 solar panels. The system generates about 1,084,981 kWh of electricity during its first year. In addition to improving the company’s energy efficiency, the rooftop solar installation is expected to reduce annual carbon emissions by about 900 tons of CO₂. This reduction is equivalent to the environmental benefits of planting around 40,933 trees.

EPN, focused on sustainable energy, actively promotes renewable energy in Indonesia’s industrial sectors. Through this collaboration with ASKI, EPN aims to advance a more efficient, lower-carbon industrial ecosystem.

At the event, UT receives the Golden Trophy TOP CSR Awards 2026 – Corporate Level Star 5, as well as the TOP Leader on CSR Commitment 2026 award, which is presented to UT’s President Director, Iwan Hadiantoro. This year, the UT Group distributes a total of 1,128 sacrificial animals, consisting of 616 cattle and 512 goats/sheep, as part of its social responsibility initiatives and commitment to strengthening relationships with communities and stakeholders.

The contribution involves several entities within the UT Group, including PT Pamapersada Nusantara, PT Agincourt Resources, PT Acset Indonusa, PT United Tractors Pandu Engineering, PT Traktor Nusantara, PT Bina Pertiwi, PT Kalimantan Prima Persada, PT Tuah Turangga Agung, PT Komatsu Remanufacturing Asia, and PT Sumbawa Jutaraya. Following a rigorous evaluation process, SMKN 36 Jakarta Team 2 secures first place, followed by SMKN 36 Jakarta Team 1 in second place and SMKN 2 Indramayu in third place. The winning teams earn the opportunity to represent the Jakarta, West Java, and Banten region at the 2026 National Student Skills Competition, where they compete against top vocational students from across Indonesia. Bali, 22 May 2026 – PT United Tractors Tbk (UT), together with its subsidiaries–PT Bina Pertiwi (BP), PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA), PT Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP MINING), and PT Triarta Sinergia Pratama (TRIATRA)–received multiple awards at the Indonesia Mining Services (IMS) Awards 2025.  The awards were presented in recognition of the company’s operational performance, regulatory compliance, commitment to Domestic Component Level (TKDN), implementation of occupational safety standards, and contribution in supporting the development of national mining industries. The event was organized by the Indonesian Mining Services Association (ASPINDO) in collaboration with TAMBANG Magazine. 

At the event, UT received a Gold award in the After Sales & Maintenance category for Mining Equipment Distributors. Gold awards were achieved in the Mining category by PAMA and KPP MINING, respectively. In addition, BP received Gold in the Supplier Spare Part and Components and Consumable Goods category, while TRIATRA received Silver in the same categories.

Jakarta, 7 May 2026 – Through the CSR program in collaboration with UT School, students from SMKN 1 Baros visit UT School. This initiative aims to introduce 11th-graders majoring in Heavy Mechanical Engineering to the heavy equipment industrial environment while expanding their knowledge of the professional landscape, including UT’s company profile and its existing subsidiaries. As one of UT’s partner schools, SMKN 1 Baros explores the heavy equipment industry ecosystem that aligns with their current field of study. The visit is held offline, and participants show great enthusiasm.

“This activity represents UT’s commitment to supporting vocational education, especially among UT’s partner schools. It allows students to gain deeper industry knowledge that is relevant to their field of study,” says Himawan Sutanto, Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at UT.

The event begins with registration and opening remarks for all participants. Following this, students are introduced to UT through a company profile presentation and social media platforms. To foster a collaborative spirit, students also sing “Bagimu Negeri” and the UT Sobat song as part of the agenda.

A representative from UT School’s Corporate Communications, Tri Ilma Septiana, delivers a presentation covering the school’s curriculum, competency development, and an overview of the heavy equipment industry. Afterward, students tour UT School to observe the learning facilities and environment firsthand.

Through this industrial visit, UT aims to support the competency development of vocational students and encourage a love for learning, ultimately better preparing them for a future in the industrial workforce.
