Director

Indonesian citizen, domiciled in Jakarta.

He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brawijaya University, Malang and obtained a Master of Engineering Management from Swiss German University.

He appointed as Director of the Company based on the Resolution of the AGM in May 2007 and reappointed based on the Resolution of the AGM dated April 12, 2023.

He concurrently serves as Commissioner of PT United Tractors Semen Gresik. Joined Astra in 1991 as an Engineer at Technology Development Division and Astra Consulting Services, a position held until 1993. He then appointed as Team Leader in Efficiency Division (1993- 1998), Head of Environment, Health & Safety Division (1998- 2004), and Head of Environment, Health & Safety and Social Responsibility Division (2004-2007). Prior to that, he has served as Director of Palyja (2006-2008).

He has no affiliation relationship with other members of the Board of Directors, members of the Board of Commissioners, or with the controlling shareholders.
