Centered on the theme “Innovation for Sustainable Business and Resilient Community,” ENSIA 2026 serves as a platform to recognize businesses that introduce environmental and social innovations in support of sustainable development. PT United Tractors Tbk (“the Company” or “UT”) held its Public Expose as part of the Public Expose Live 2026 organized by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). During the event, the Company presented its business development initiatives, financial performance for the first half of 2026, operational performance through July 2026, as well as its corporate social responsibility programs. The Public Expose was attended by President Director Iwan Hadiantoro, along with members of the Company’s Board of Directors, including Idot Supriadi, Widjaja Kartika, Vilihati Surya, Ari Sutrisno, Hendra Hutahean, and Andreas, as well as Corporate Secretary, Ari Setiyawan.

The Company presented the latest developments across its core businesses, comprising its Mining Solutions and Heavy Equipment businesses. The Mining Solutions business includes Mining Contracting, Thermal and Metallurgical Coal Mining, and Gold and Other Minerals. The Heavy Equipment business covers the distribution of heavy equipment as the sole distributor of Komatsu, Scania, UD Trucks, BOMAG, and Tadano, supported by after-sales services including spare parts, maintenance, and attachments. The Company also operates a maritime business as part of its development of supporting services.

Financial Performance

PT United Tractors Tbk (“the Company” or “UT”) reported its consolidated financial performance for the first half of 2026.

The Company’s consolidated performance is summarized in the table below:

The Company recorded net revenue of Rp58.3 trillion, a 15% decrease from Rp68.5 trillion in the same period of 2025. The decline was mainly attributable to lower gold sales at PT Agincourt Resources, as well as weaker performance in the Heavy Equipment and Thermal and Metallurgical Coal Mining segments following the lower national coal RKAB allocation for 2026. This was partially offset by higher revenue from the Mining Contracting segment, mainly driven by the strengthening of the U.S. dollar.

The Company’s net profit excluding non-recurring items decreased 48% to Rp4.3 trillion, primarily due to lower gold sales from PT Agincourt Resources and lower revenue, largely reflecting the impact of the lower national coal RKAB allocation for 2026. Lower gold sales from the Martabe Gold Mine were attributable to a temporary suspension of mining operations. The Martabe Gold Mine resumed operations during the second quarter.

During the first half of 2026, the Company recorded non-recurring items totaling Rp3.3 trillion, primarily consisting of (i) an impairment charge related to Supreme Geothermal Energy and (ii) payments related to past activities in forest areas in connection with the Forest Area Utilization Approval (PPKH) for the Stargate Nickel Mine.

As of 30 June 2026, the Company recorded net debt of Rp9.4 trillion, with a gearing ratio of 8.5%, compared with a net cash position of Rp7.7 trillion as of 31 December 2025. The change primarily reflected the acquisition of a gold mining company and the Company’s share buyback program.

Heavy Equipment

Through July 2026, the Heavy Equipment business recorded a 23% decline in Komatsu heavy equipment sales to 2,393 units, mainly due to a 49% decrease in big machine sales in the mining sector to 405 units, reflecting the impact of the lower national coal RKAB allocation.

In the first half of 2026, the Company’s revenue from heavy equipment spare parts and maintenance services increased slightly by 1% to Rp5.5 trillion. Total net revenue from the Heavy Equipment segment decreased 28% to Rp15.0 trillion.

To strengthen its after-sales services and commodity supply chain, the Company also operates supporting businesses through its subsidiaries, which provide engineering services, heavy equipment component and attachment manufacturing, as well as maritime logistics, shipbuilding, and ship maintenance services.

Mining Solutions

Mining Contracting Segment 

The Mining Contracting segment is operated by PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA) and its subsidiary PT Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP Mining). PAMA and KPP Mining provide mining services to concession owners, supporting overburden removal and the production of coal and other minerals.

Through July 2026, PAMA and KPP Mining recorded a 10% decrease in overburden removal volume to 573 million bcm, while coal production volume for clients declined 3% to 80 million tons, with an average stripping ratio of 7.1x. This was in line with adjustments to clients’ production targets based on approved RKAB allocations.

In line with growing opportunities in minerals beyond coal, PAMA and KPP Mining are expanding further into the gold and nickel sectors. This strategic initiative forms part of the Company’s commitment to building a sustainable business portfolio and strengthening the foundation for long-term growth.

In the first half of 2026, total net revenue from the Mining Contracting segment increased 4% to Rp27.2 trillion, mainly driven by the strengthening of the U.S. dollar.

Thermal and Metallurgical Coal Mining Segment 

The Thermal and Metallurgical Coal Mining segment is operated by PT Tuah Turangga Agung (“Turangga Resources”). Through July 2026, Turangga Resources’ coal mines recorded coal sales volume of 6.5 million tons, including 1.8 million tons of metallurgical coal, representing an 18% decrease from the same period in 2025.

In the first half of 2026, revenue from the Thermal and Metallurgical Coal Mining segment decreased 4% to Rp12.9 trillion, in line with the decline in coal sales volume.

Gold and Other Mineral Mining Segment 

In the first half of 2026, the Gold and Other Minerals segment recorded a 66% decrease in revenue to Rp2.4 trillion, primarily due to an 82% decline in gold sales.

• Gold Mining

The Company’s gold mining operations are conducted by PT Agincourt Resources and PT Sumbawa Jutaraya, which recorded total gold equivalent sales of 32 thousand ounces through July 2026, compared with 143 thousand ounces in the same period of the previous year.

• Nickel Business

PT Stargate Pacific Resources recorded nickel ore sales of 973 thousand wet metric tons (wmt) through July 2026, comprising 316 thousand wmt of saprolite and 657 thousand wmt of limonite.

Nickel Industries Limited (“NIC”), in which UT holds a 20.13% ownership interest, is an integrated nickel mining and processing company with its key assets located in Indonesia. UT recognizes NIC’s contribution based on a six-month lag, reflecting NIC’s results for the fourth quarter of 2025 and the first quarter of 2026. NIC’s RKEF operations reported nickel metal sales of 61,622 tons in the fourth quarter of 2025 and the first quarter of 2026.

Key Highlight

On 11 February 2026, UT, through its subsidiaries PT Danusa Tambang Nusantara and PT Energia Prima Nusantara, completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of PT Arafura Surya Alam, a gold mining company located in North Sulawesi.

On 30 June 2026, UT completed its share buyback program, which commenced on 1 April 2026 and ended on 30 June 2026, with a total of 35.5 million shares repurchased. UT is currently conducting another share buyback program with a maximum value of Rp2 trillion, running from 1 July to 30 September 2026.

Cumulatively, from July 2022 to 30 June 2026, UT has repurchased 239 million shares with a total value of approximately Rp7.1 trillion. The program has been carried out in accordance with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations concerning share buybacks under fluctuating market conditions.

The program reflects management’s confidence in the Company’s prospects and its ability to generate sustainable cash flow, while also supporting the Government in maintaining capital market stability.

Bandar Lampung, August 21, 2026 – PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) Lampung Branch continues to support the strengthening of the “link and match” between vocational education and the needs of the business and industrial sectors (DUDI). This effort is realized through the “Industry Guest Teacher” program at SMKN 1 Tegineneng and SMK KP Gajah Mada, Kota Metro, which equips students with an understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3) and work culture in preparation for entering the industrial world.

Serving as a speaker, UT Lampung ESR Officer Husnul Khusnaini emphasized the importance of building a safety mindset among students while they are still in school. According to her, the implementation of OHS should not merely be understood as a set of rules; rather, it needs to become a habit consistently applied in daily activities.

“Good work is not just work that gets finished, but work performed correctly, safely, with discipline, and in accordance with procedures. Understanding OHS must not be limited to theory or written rules; it must become a culture and a daily habit for prospective vocational graduates. Implementing OHS serves not only to protect oneself but also to safeguard colleagues and support efficiency and productivity within the industrial environment,” said Husnul Khusnaini.

The first series of activities took place at SMKN 1 Tegineneng on August 18, 2026, attended by all 10th- and 11th-grade students from the Light Vehicle Engineering (TKR) program. The event featured two speakers from UT (Husnul Khusnaini and Chairul Anwar) and received support from the Principal of SMKN 1 Tegineneng, Junaina, S.Pd., M.Pd.; the Program Head, Nurul Huda, S.T., M.Pd.; and the Deputy Principal for Public Relations, Misbah, M.Pd.I.

Subsequently, the “Industry Guest Teacher” program was held at SMK KP Gajah Mada, Kota Metro, on August 21, 2026. The event, which took place in the school hall, was attended by students, the school principal, and the teaching staff. On this occasion, Husnul Khusnaini returned as a guest speaker to present material on the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in the industrial sector.

As part of the event series, UT provided training on OHS implementation, covering hazard identification, the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), first aid procedures, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within industrial settings, specifically in the heavy equipment and manufacturing sectors.

In addition to workplace safety training, the program included sessions on work culture, an introduction to UT School, and interactive discussions. Through these sessions, students gained insights into the importance of discipline, communication, teamwork, SOP compliance, and a professional work ethic. They also obtained a practical overview of OHS implementation and industrial work culture, serving as preparation for their Field Work Practices (PKL) and their eventual entry into the workforce.

Through the “Industry Guest Teacher” program, UT hopes that its synergy with vocational education institutions will continue to foster learning experiences that are contextual and aligned with industry needs. This collaboration aims to help students develop technical competencies while cultivating safety awareness, discipline, and a professional work culture, which are essential assets for either pursuing further education or entering the workforce.

PT United Tractors Tbk (UT), UT Primary Clinic (Klinik Pratama UT), the Cakung District Community Health Center (Puskesmas), and the Cakung Urban Village administration continue to contribute to stunting reduction efforts through the “Stunting Release Program.” This commitment was demonstrated through the “Optimal Growth and Development Graduation” ceremony (part of the Stunting Release Program) held at the Cakung Urban Village Hall, East Jakarta, on July 28, 2026. The event served as an occasion to recognize the children and parents who participated in the support program and to reinforce the shared commitment to fostering optimal child growth and development.

The Stunting Release Program represents one of UT’s contributions toward improving health quality and child development in the areas surrounding the company’s operations. The program is implemented through a collaboration involving UT Primary Clinic, D’Care UT, the Cakung District Community Health Center, local Integrated Health Posts (Posyandu), and the Cakung Urban Village administration. It focuses on monitoring children’s growth and nutritional status, providing nutritional education for parents, offering health consultations, and providing guidance on parenting practices.

Cakung Urban Village Head Yasir Habib emphasized the importance of collaboration in addressing stunting.

“Addressing stunting requires a collective effort involving the government, healthcare professionals, the business sector, and families. We hope this collaboration can be further strengthened so that more children achieve optimal growth and development and are free from stunting,” said Yasir Habib.

Throughout the support period, the participants’ health and growth were regularly monitored by healthcare professionals. The monitoring results served as the basis for evaluation to determine which children met the criteria for “stunting release” and which still required continued support.

Of the 15 children participating in the Stunting Release Program, seven (46.7%) successfully achieved “stunting release” status. Meanwhile, the remaining eight children continue to receive support to help them achieve optimal growth and development.

Through the Stunting Release Program, UT and its stakeholders continue to promote health-focused preventive and proactive measures as part of the company’s contribution to creating a positive and sustainable impact on the community.

The United Tractors Group is distributing humanitarian aid as a gesture of care and support for communities affected by the earthquake in Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT).

Jakarta, August 31, 2026 – PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) and its subsidiaries, namely PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA), PT Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP), PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR), PT Sumbawa Jaya Raya (SJR), PT Traktor Nusantara (Traknus), and PT Bina Pertiwi (BP), collectively referred to as the UT Group, continue to strengthen their support for communities affected by the earthquake in Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT). Since the onset of the emergency response phase, the UT Group has deployed Emergency Response Teams (ERT), distributed logistical aid, provided healthcare services and ready-to-eat meals, and conducted needs assessments for communities in Kabupaten Manggarai, Manggarai Timur, Ende, and Sikka.

Between August 19 and August 27, 2026, up to 20 ERT personnel from UT, PAMA, KPP, PTAR, and SJR were deployed to provide direct support for disaster relief operations in the field. The team carried out various activities, ranging from healthcare services, aid distribution, and regional condition assessments to coordination with local governments and various stakeholders to ensure aid reached the intended recipients effectively.

“In disaster situations, rapid response and collaboration are key to assisting the community during the emergency response period. Through the synergy of all UT Group entities, we strive to mobilize our resources so that aid reaches the community in accordance with actual needs on the ground. We hope this support helps alleviate the community’s burden while also aiding the recovery process in the affected areas,” said Dianwahyu Sri Purnomo, Head of Corporate Communications and Sustainability Division at UT.

Healthcare services have been a primary focus of the field operations. As of August 27, 2026, medical services provided at various locations had reached 895 patients. Services were delivered in several areas, including Desa Satar Ngkeling, Desa Tuke, Desa Banka Kenda, Dusun Ranggi, Desa Bekakor, Dusun Lalong, and Desa Kakor in Kabupaten Manggarai. In addition, PAMA is providing psychosocial support services for affected children and adolescents in Kecamatan Wae Ri’i as part of post-disaster recovery efforts.

Regarding the fulfillment of basic needs, the UT Group is distributing various forms of aid to the community and to the families of UT Group employees affected by the disaster. In Kecamatan Wae Ri’i, Kabupaten Manggarai, logistical aid had reached 1,099 households in Desa Compang Ndehes and Desa Ndehes. Aid (consisting of packages of staple foods, tarpaulins, mats, blankets, and other essentials) has also been distributed to Desa Satar Keling, Kelurahan Tiong Toko, Desa Bentang Poco, and several other affected areas in Kabupaten Manggarai. Meanwhile, in Kabupaten Ende, UT distributed 100 aid packages to the residents of Desa Roga through a collaboration with RRI Ende and the Indonesian Air Force (TNI AU).

To help meet community needs during the emergency response period, the UT Group is also distributing ready-to-eat meals at several evacuation sites, including 100 portions in the Wae Ri’i area. Assistance is also being provided to the families of UT Group employees affected in Kabupaten Ende, demonstrating care for the UT Group workforce impacted by the disaster.
The UT Group is also supporting the smooth mobilization of aid by providing operational resources. KPP handed over three generator units to meet electricity needs at churches in Desa Satar Ngkeling, Desa Golo Cador, and Desa Longko. Meanwhile, Traknus and BP provided two forklifts to assist the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) in managing and mobilizing aid at the Halim Perdanakusuma Airport Logistics Warehouse in Jakarta.
Beyond aid distribution, the UT Group is conducting assessments of the affected areas to ensure that the support provided aligns with community needs. In Kecamatan Wae Ri’i, KPP is assessing five villages to map out the condition of the community and the impact on public facilities. Coordination was also carried out with the Ende Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) regarding the assessment of affected schools, public facilities, and places of worship, as well as with the Sikka BPBD concerning the aid distribution plan for Desa Umagera and the assessment of affected schools in Kabupaten Sikka.
These efforts were implemented through collaboration among the UT Group, the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), regional disaster management agencies (BPBD), local governments, the Indonesian Air Force (TNI AU), RRI, and other relevant parties. This synergy reflects the UT Group’s commitment to remaining present and making a tangible contribution to communities facing emergency situations.
Moving forward, the UT Group will continue to monitor conditions in the affected areas and adjust its support based on assessment results and community needs. Through ongoing collaboration with various stakeholders, the UT Group hopes to help accelerate the recovery process for the communities and areas affected by the earthquake in Nusa Tenggara Timur.

Batu, August 10, 2026 – PT United Tractors Tbk (UT), together with the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) and the Batu City Government, reaffirmed its commitment to creating a sustainable environment and strengthening community resilience through the inauguration of a Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Waste Management Facility (TPS3R) and a Disaster Resilient Village (Desa Tangguh Bencana) in Giripurno Village, Batu City, East Java. This collaboration integrates circular economy-based waste management with efforts to improve disaster preparedness as part of climate change mitigation measures, while simultaneously encouraging the community to independently and sustainably build a resilient environment.

The operational inauguration of the Giripurno Village TPS3R was marked by the signing of a plaque and ribbon-cutting by the Head of BNPB, Suharyanto; the Mayor of Batu, Haji Nurochman; and the Head of Corporate Communications and Sustainability Division of UT, Dianwahyu Sri Purnomo. With a processing capacity of up to 800 kilograms of waste per day, this facility applies the concept of a circular economy by processing organic waste into maggot feed. It is equipped with solar panels, a leachate treatment system, and a hydroponic area. The presence of this facility is expected to provide environmental benefits while opening up sustainable economic opportunities for the community.

In addition to the TPS3R inauguration, this activity was also coupled with the inauguration of the Disaster Resilient Village Group as an effort to strengthen community capacity in facing potential disasters. Prior to their inauguration, community members received coaching and training related to disaster preparedness and management. This training is expected to improve the community’s ability to recognize risks, carry out mitigation, and respond to emergency situations quickly and in a coordinated manner.

As part of a broader environmental rehabilitation effort, this collaboration was also realized through a tree-planting activity on the slopes of Mount Arjuno. This initiative is part of UT’s long-term commitment to preserving the environment. Over the past four years, UT has revegetated 500.7 hectares of land by planting various types of plants, including avocado and durian. This program is not only intended to restore land cover and protect water ecosystems, but also expected to provide economic benefits for the community around the area.
