Gidion Hasan
Indonesian citizen, domiciled in Jakarta.
He graduated in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Rogers State University, Oklahoma, USA.
He appointed as a Vice President Commissioner of the Company based on the Resolution of the AGM dated April 16, 2019 and reappointed based on the Resolution of the AGM dated April 12, 2023.
He concurrently serves as Director of PT Astra International Tbk (since April 2016).
Furthermore, he also serves as several positions as the member of the Board of Directors and/or member of the Board of Commissioners in others Astra’s group companies. Joined Astra Group in 1999 in the Corporate Planning and Investor Relations Division. Prior to that, he worked as the Manager of Corporate Finance of Salim Group. He has served as President Director of the Company (2015-2019), Vice President Director of the Company (2013-2015) and Director of Finance of the Company (2006-2013).
He has no affiliation relationship with other members of the Board of Commissioners, members of the Board of Directors, or with the controlling shareholders.
