Green Building
Built on an area of 2.5 hectares with a building area of 5.8 hectares, the design of the United Tractors Head Office building is shaped like an excavator. In terms of innovative design and as a form of United Tractors’ concern for the environment, we built this building with green building concept standards. This building uses a Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) cooling system that is energy efficient and environmentally friendly. This building is also equipped with a rainwater storage pond with a capacity of 1,300 m3 to accommodate rainwater that can be recycled and used for watering plants in the Cakung PPI area.

Mini Hydro Power Plant
UT built two Mini-hydro Power Plants (PLTM), PLTM Kalipelus, with a capacity of 0.5MW in Central Java, and PLTM Besai Kemu in Lampung, has a capacity of 7MW. The Besai Kemu PLTM is currently under construction and is expected to be operational by the end of 2023.
UT implemented a transition strategy through the New and Renewable Energy (NRE) business by investing in PT Arkora Hydro Tbk (Arkora), acquiring a 31.49% share ownership. Arkora operates two PLTMs: PLTM Cikopo 2, with a capacity of 7.4 MW, and PLTM Tomasa, with a capacity of 10 MW.

Biodiesel
(B20 & B30)
The Government of the Republic of Indonesia, through the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 41/2018, dated August 24, requires all BBM Business Entities, such as Pertamina, to mix biodiesel type biofuel with diesel fuel oil. The purpose of this biodiesel program is to increase the use of new and renewable energy and reduce the impact of carbon emissions from the use of fuel.
PAMA, the holder of the Mining Services Business License (IUJP), has supported and followed all Government regulations related to implementing the biodiesel program since 2018. The fuel used by PAMA in carrying out operational activities is mainly purchased and supplied by Pertamina.

SOBAT
The SOBAT program is a tangible contribution from United Tractors’ CSR program in the education sector. It focuses on building a sustainable national future through coaching and mentoring programs at various levels of school education in Indonesia. This program aligns with the fourth point of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) regarding inclusively and equitably quality education.
To increase the capacity of schools to be competitive, resilient, and impactful in their surrounding areas, the SOBAT program focuses on several indicators:
- Creating quality graduates/HR who can work with experts according to their fields.
- Building a positive school reputation and achieving regional distinction.
- Making achievements in the field of technical and non-technical science.
So far, SOBAT has fostered 1,614 schools and 4,728 teachers throughout Indonesia. Over the last three years, the total value of assistance provided to schools through this program was IDR 10,000,000,000.
