Under the theme “The Spirit of Moving Forward Together, Every Contribution Matters,” UT’s 54th anniversary offers an occasion to honor each individual’s contribution, foster a stronger sense of ownership, and strengthen the shared spirit to meet future challenges and seize new opportunities.
President Director Iwan Hadiantoro extended his gratitude to the entire UT family, principals, business partners, customers, and other stakeholders, whose trust and support have been integral to the company’s journey. He emphasized that UT’s sustained growth rests on the efforts of people across generations who work, learn, adapt, and diligently uphold their responsibilities.
“A company’s grand journey is always built upon the contributions of many. Moving forward together means sharing a common goal and strengthening collaboration across functions, generations, and the entire organization. Meanwhile, the idea that ‘every contribution matters’ means that every new concept, every improvement, every fulfilled responsibility, and every task well-executed holds real significance for the company’s progress,” said Iwan Hadiantoro.
Amid a shifting business landscape, rapid technological change, and evolving customer needs, UT continues to advance its transformation by broadening its business portfolio, fostering innovation, harnessing technology, and strengthening competencies and leadership. That same spirit of togetherness ran through the anniversary celebrations, which offered a range of activities for the entire UT community. Pekan Olahraga dan Seni UT (Porse UT) (“UT Sports and Arts Week”) brought together employees from various divisions, branches, and subsidiaries across 16 competitive events. Beyond the competition itself, Porse UT provided a space to build relationships, nurture sportsmanship, and deepen collaboration across the UT Group.

The festive atmosphere was further enlivened by the “54 Move Challenge,” which encouraged employees to earn points through a variety of engaging activities, while “UT Got Talent” gave them a stage to showcase their talents and creativity. An innovation exhibition featuring contributions from all directorates and subsidiaries completed the festivities, spotlighting a diverse range of ideas and initiatives aimed at driving the company’s progress.
The celebrations concluded on October 13, 2026, at the UT Head Office in Jakarta, where UT also recognized high-achieving individuals through the Harmony Awards, UT Commfest, Educational Awards, Innovation Awards, and the Best Employee Championship (BEC). These recognitions acknowledge the achievements, dedication, and tangible contributions that underpin UT’s growth and advancement.
Having reached its 54th anniversary, UT continues to encourage all its people to build their capabilities, strengthen operational excellence, boost productivity and efficiency, and uphold the highest standards of integrity and safety in every task.
