Through the UT Youth Movement, PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) organizes the national campaign “1 Month of Health: Together, Active, Impactful!” The campaign engages hundreds of youth from various regions in Indonesia and becomes a nationwide educational movement encouraging young people to adopt a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.

Held throughout July 2025, the campaign targets youth aged 15–24 across Indonesia through an educational and participatory approach. Four main themes are highlighted: Nutrition and Clean & Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS), Mental Health, Reproductive Health, and Environmental Health. All topics are delivered through online activities, creative challenges, and interactive discussion sessions with inspiring speakers.

“The ‘1 Month of Health’ campaign manifests UT’s commitment to nurturing a healthy, resilient, competitive young generation. We believe big changes start with small steps, and youth play a crucial role in initiating them. Through proper education, we instill the awareness that maintaining physical, mental, and environmental health is an investment for the future, while encouraging them to become change agents,” says Himawan Sutanto, CSR Manager of UT.

One hundred sixty-three participants actively join the weekly webinars, while 280 attendees participate in the grand event held at SMK Negeri 2 Jember, East Java, on July 29–30, 2025. The event, hosted by the UT Youth Movement Chapter Jember, features various interactive sessions, including environmental workshops, healthy exercise sessions, and educational games that combine entertainment and learning.

The campaign also brings together speakers from diverse backgrounds, including Nutritionist Olivia Gresya, S.Gz; CEO of I’m Okay, Athalla Hartiana Putri; Miss Indonesia Central Java 2025, Syaloomitha Meirika; and Nahdya Maulina, Founder of Rumah Edukasi Pilah Sampah. Their presence sparks high enthusiasm among participants, who actively engage in discussions, ask questions, and share their experiences directly.

As a form of appreciation, the UT Youth Movement presents awards to the best participants through weekly challenges such as the Instagram “Add Yours” series and video challenges. These activities strengthen interactions between chapters and encourage young people to voice healthy lifestyle messages on social media creatively.

“We believe that youth play a significant role in creating change. With the right education, they can start by changing themselves and positively impacting their surroundings. This campaign is important to raise awareness about healthy living among the younger generation,” says Joyce Irene Grace Tulle, Chairperson of the 1 Month of Health Campaign.

The “1 Month of Health” campaign is part of UT’s youth development program and is fully supported by the company. This support reflects the company’s commitment to providing learning opportunities, empowerment, and meaningful contributions for Indonesian youth, especially on health and sustainability issues.

The UT Youth Movement hopes that the spirit of Together, Active, Impactful does not end in July but continues as a long-term collective movement. This initiative reinforces the belief that young people have tremendous potential to drive positive change toward a healthier, more resilient, and competitive society.
