OSH Asia’s Summit 2025 Award Ceremony
Denpasar, 28 August 2025 – In recognition of its strong commitment and dedication to implementing Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) protocols, as well as continuous innovation in developing effective OSH programs, PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) receives four prestigious awards at the OSH Asia’s Summit 2025. The awards include The Best Occupational Safety and Health Performance in Heavy Equipment & Mining Sector, The Best Safety Program, The Best Occupational Health Excellence Program, and The Best Leadership on OSH Culture.
OSH Asia’s Summit is an international forum organized by First Indonesia Magazine in response to the complex and high-risk challenges of the modern workforce. The forum brings together experts and industry leaders to share innovative solutions and promote a proactive, sustainable safety culture in the workplace. The event takes place from 27 – 28 August 2025 at Prama Hotel Sanur, Bali.

The assessment process for OSH Asia’s Summit 2025 begins with an initial selection based on published data and the company’s OSH implementation. United Tractors successfully passes the administrative stage and proceeds to the presentation phase on 28 July 2025, showcasing its achievements in developing a reliable and effective safety culture.
Evaluation criteria include the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems (SMK3), innovation in OSH practices, proven productivity improvements, employee training and participation, and impact on safety culture within the organization. The summit concludes with expert discussions and presentations, followed by an awards night honoring companies that demonstrate excellence in workplace safety practices.
These achievements affirm UT’s commitment to embedding occupational safety and health into the company’s core culture. Moving forward, United Tractors continues to strengthen its OSH implementation through ongoing innovation, active employee engagement, and strategic collaboration with stakeholders to create a safe, productive, and highly competitive work environment.
