
Opening of the Micro-Credential Program for Vocational High School Teachers in the Heavy Equipment Maintenance Training and Certification category for Hydraulic Excavators Batch 2.
PT United Tractors Tbk (UT), through UT School, participates in the Micro-Credential Program for Vocational High School Teachers (KMG SMK) under the category of Training and Certification for Small Hydraulic Excavator Maintenance Batch 2. The program is officially opened by the Director of Vocational High Schools at the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education (Kemendikdasmen), Dr. Arie Wibowo Khurniawan, S.Si., M.AK., on 11 November 2025 at the UT School Building in Jakarta.
The opening ceremony also welcomes the Head of the Vocational HR Development and Empowerment Working Team, Dr. Sulistio Mukti Cahyono, S.E., M.B.A.; Director of UT School, Mochamad Hamdan Aziz; and UT Social Responsibility & Communications Manager, Himawan Sutanto.
The KMG SMK program offers vocational high school teachers the opportunity to acquire skills through short, focused, and industry-relevant training. It grants competency certificates that recognize the skills teachers master, ensuring they possess up-to-date competencies, so that vocational learning remains aligned with the standards of the heavy equipment industry.
“UT School’s participation in the Micro-Credential Program for Vocational High School Teachers aligns with our commitment to supporting quality education. Through this program, we hope SMK teachers can strengthen their competencies so that classroom learning remains relevant to industry needs,” states Director of UT School, Mochamad Hamdan Aziz.
A total of 48 teachers from 44 vocational high schools across 16 provinces join the training and certification series, which is divided into three batches. Batch 1 with 16 participants runs from 3-13 November 2025, Batch 2 with 16 participants takes place on 10-20 November 2025, and Batch 3 with 16 participants occurs on 17-27 November 2025. The ten-day training comprises four days of in-class instruction, four days of simulated on-the-job training, and two days of competency certification for Small Hydraulic Excavator Maintenance, facilitated by the Indonesian Heavy Equipment Professional Certification Institute (LSPABI).
