
PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) welcomes a visit from the National Commission on Disabilities (Komisi Nasional Disabilitas/KND) to review the Company’s best practices in fulfilling the rights of persons with disabilities through its internship program, Harmony in Diversity (HARMONIKA). Led by KND Vice Chairperson Deka Kurniawan, the visit takes place at UT’s Collaboration Command Center on December 28, 2025. The visit forms part of KND’s mandate to conduct monitoring and evaluation as stipulated under Law No. 8 of 2016 and Presidential Regulation No. 68 of 2020.
During the visit, KND conducts direct observations of the implementation of the HARMONIKA program, including the internship process, work environment, mentoring and buddy system, and the integration of interns, including individuals with autism, into daily work activities. The visit includes a management reception, site visits to interns’ work areas, program presentations, and strategic discussions with UT’s management team. KND recognizes UT as one of the companies that consistently implement inclusive workplace practices and provide meaningful professional experiences for persons with disabilities.
UT’s Corporate Human Capital, Communications, & Sustainability Director, Ari Sutrisno, emphasizes that inclusion is integral to the Company’s values and sustainability practices. Meanwhile, Deka Kurniawan expresses appreciation for UT as a tangible example of the industrial sector’s role in promoting the fulfillment of the rights of persons with disabilities. The visit serves as recognition of UT’s commitment to fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive work environment while further strengthening the HARMONIKA program’s role in building a fair and sustainable employment ecosystem.
