
The Sapphire Award in the Best Enterprise in Regulatory Compliance category was received by Peronnika Simanjuntak, Department Head of Corporate Legal and Communications at UTPE.
Jakarta, 22 May 2026 – PT United Tractors Pandu Engineering (UTPE), a subsidiary of PT United Tractors Tbk (UT), received two prestigious awards at the Indonesia Regulatory Compliance Awards (IRCA) 2026. Organized by Hukumonline and now in its third year, the event was held at Le Méridien Hotel, Jakarta. IRCA 2026 recognizes companies that demonstrate a strong commitment to regulatory compliance and the implementation of good corporate governance.
A total of 131 companies from 23 industry sectors participated in IRCA 2026. The awards were assessed across four main categories, including the Company category, which consists of four award levels: Sapphire, Diamond, Gold, and Silver, based on each company’s level of regulatory compliance.
At the event, UTPE earned the highest distinction, the Sapphire Award, in the Best Enterprise in Regulatory Compliance category. The award was received by UTPE’s Department Head of Corporate Legal and Communications, Peronnika Simanjuntak. In addition, UTPE Director David was honored with The Most Inspiring Leader award.
