Jakarta, August 7, 2026 – Providing reliable and high-quality service to customers remains a key commitment of PT United Tractors Tbk (UT). As customer needs continue to evolve, UT continues to strengthen its service capabilities by delivering faster, more accurate, and reliable solutions. This commitment is reflected in the inauguration of the Jakarta Parts Distribution Center (PDC), which marks an important milestone in UT’s digital supply chain transformation. The inauguration was marked by a flag-off ceremony, symbolizing the commencement of parts distribution from the Jakarta PDC to customers across Sumatra, Java, Sulawesi, and Papua. The facility is expected to strengthen UT’s distribution capabilities and support the timely fulfillment of customer needs across Indonesia.

UT President Director, Iwan Hadiantoro, said that the digital-based warehouse transformation is part of UT’s ongoing efforts to enhance operational efficiency while delivering greater value to customers.

“This transformation is not simply about working faster. It is about creating simpler, more efficient, and more accurate processes that enable us to respond better to customer needs. By leveraging technology and data, we aim to move faster while making smarter decisions. At the same time, safety remains our top priority and must be upheld across every aspect of our operations. Through this transformation, we are confident that we can continue to improve our service quality and deliver greater value to our customers,” said Iwan Hadiantoro.

The inauguration of the Jakarta PDC is part of the grand launch of UT’s digital-based warehouse initiative, which carries the theme “Moving Faster and Growing Smarter.” The initiative reflects UT’s commitment to advancing operational excellence by integrating technology, data, and connectivity, while strengthening the overall supply chain ecosystem.

Warehousing plays a strategic role in ensuring parts availability and supporting the continuity of customers’ operations. Each stage of the warehouse process from receiving, put-away, and storage to picking and dispatching contributes to fulfillment speed and delivery lead times. Meanwhile, inventory accuracy and data quality are essential for ensuring parts availability and enabling faster, more informed decision-making.

To support these efforts, UT’s digitally based warehouse transformation is built on four key pillars: speed, accuracy, safety, and network. Speed enables UT to respond more quickly to customer needs, while accuracy ensures greater inventory precision and supports data-driven decision-making. Safety remains a fundamental priority to ensure that operational activities are carried out productively and responsibly. Meanwhile, network strengthens connectivity across the supply chain ecosystem, enabling a more integrated and seamless distribution process.

The Jakarta PDC represents another step in UT’s commitment to continuously enhancing its customer service capabilities. By strengthening parts availability and distribution, the facility is expected to provide greater convenience for customers in accessing the parts they need, support operational continuity, and deliver a more reliable service experience.

Through the Jakarta PDC and its broader digital supply chain transformation, UT remains committed to continuously improving its service capabilities and delivering the best possible support to customers across Indonesia.
