Jakarta, August 29, 2026 – Every journey has an ending, but the dedication given along the way remains part of a story that continues to be carried forward. This spirit reflects in the 2026 Retirement Appreciation Event, held by PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) over three days, from August 27-29, 2026.
Carrying the theme of “A Legacy of Dedication, an Inspiration for Generations,” the event serves as a tribute and expression of appreciation from UT to 41 employees entering retirement in 2026 and their spouses, recognizing their loyalty, contributions, and dedication throughout their journey with the Company. The event also attracts UT’s Board of Directors (BOD), General Managers, and the Executive Board of the Labor Union (BESP).
The event commences on August 27, 2026, at the Grand Ballroom of UT in Jakarta, with a Wellducate session that provides retiring employees with knowledge and insights to prepare for life after their careers. The session on physical health, themed “Beware of Heart Attacks,” is delivered by Dr. dr. Jajang Sinardja, Sp.JP(K) from Heartology, followed by a mental health session titled “Happiness in Retirement: A Neuroscience and Heart Perspective,” delivered by dr. Aisah Dahlan, CM. NLP., CCht., CI.
The highlight of the first day features a retirement graduation ceremony and the presentation of sashes, symbolizing the completion of their professional journey and the beginning of a new chapter in life. The atmosphere grows warmer with performances by UT’s BOD, who sing Cerita Cinta by Kahitna and Cintaku by Chrisye. Another meaningful moment includes the presentation of roses to the retirees’ spouses as a token of appreciation for their support and companionship throughout the employees’ careers at UT.
On the second day, August 28, 2026, the retirees and their spouses enjoyed the natural beauty of Ciwidey, Bandung Regency, by visiting Rengganis Suspension Bridge and Situ Patenggang. These activities provide an opportunity to relax and enjoy quality time together while creating lasting memories before embarking on a new phase of life.
The 2026 Retirement Appreciation Event concludes on August 29, 2026, with an exploration of Bandung. Participants enjoy a city tour and learn about Bandung’s history aboard the Bandros sightseeing bus. The agenda continues with an arts performance at Saung Angklung Udjo, followed by a visit to a local souvenir center before returning to Jakarta.
More than just a farewell ceremony, the 2026 Retirement Appreciation Event offers UT an opportunity to celebrate the journeys of employees who are integral to the Company’s growth and development. Through a series of educational sessions, appreciation activities, and moments of togetherness, UT seeks to equip retirees to embrace their retirement years with health, happiness, and purpose.
