Jakarta, October 12, 2026 – PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) continues to demonstrate its commitment to empowering individuals with diverse abilities through Temu Potensi (TENSI), an initiative designed to provide athletes from Special Olympics Indonesia (SOIna) with opportunities to explore practical skills, discover their potential, and develop an entrepreneurial mindset.
Carrying the theme “Learning Together, Discovering Potential, Building Entrepreneurial Dreams,” TENSI engages 20 SOIna athletes and 20 companions in a series of interactive learning sessions covering four areas: Catfish Cultivation, Food Packaging, Hydroponic Farming, and Creative Crafting. Held from September 11 to 23, 2026, the program combines practical knowledge with hands-on experience, enabling participants to identify their interests, strengthen their capabilities, and explore opportunities for greater independence.
United Tractors Corporate Social Responsibility Section Head, Dimas Aryo, emphasizes the importance of providing equal opportunities for individuals to develop their potential. Through TENSI, UT aims to create an inclusive learning environment that encourages SOIna athletes to explore new capabilities and build a foundation for future entrepreneurial opportunities.
“We believe that a person’s potential is not solely defined by their achievements, but also by the opportunities they receive to explore new experiences. Through TENSI, we aim to provide SOIna athletes with a supportive environment where they can discover their interests, develop practical skills, and explore opportunities to turn those skills into productive activities. We hope this initiative serves as an initial step toward greater independence and the realization of their entrepreneurial aspirations,” said Dimas.
The TENSI program features four hands-on learning sessions across different locations. The series begins with Catfish Cultivation at Swara Hijau Farm on September 11, followed by Food Packaging at RPETRA Malaka Sari on September 16. Participants then explore Hydroponic Farming at the RW 05 Malaka Sari Community Office on September 18, before concluding with Creative Crafting at LPB Cakung on September 23. Each session introduces practical skills and provides participants with opportunities to gain firsthand experience, fostering confidence, creativity, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Through TENSI, UT reinforces its commitment to promoting inclusive empowerment by creating meaningful learning opportunities that support personal development and encourage greater independence among SOIna athletes.

The TENSI learning sessions also bring together companions and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) practitioners, who share practical knowledge, experiences, and insights with participants. The program is implemented through collaboration with SOIna as a program partner and participant, MSME practitioners as resource persons and knowledge-sharing partners, and PPU Cakung, which supports MSME engagement and mentoring activities. This collaborative approach aims to create an inclusive learning environment that encourages participants to develop their skills and explore entrepreneurial opportunities.
Beyond the learning sessions, UT further supports participants in applying and developing their newly acquired skills. As part of the initiative, UT will provide three selected participants with practical equipment to help them continue their activities independently. Looking ahead, participants who successfully develop their skills into businesses are expected to receive further mentoring and assistance to support sustainable business growth, with opportunities to become part of UT’s network of supported MSMEs owned by persons with disabilities.
Through TENSI, UT reaffirms its commitment to fostering an inclusive environment where every individual can discover their potential, strengthen their capabilities, and pursue greater independence. The initiative reflects UT’s belief that meaningful opportunities to learn, explore, and grow can empower individuals to transform their potential into productive and sustainable livelihoods.
