Jakarta, January 12th,2023 – Astra Heavy Equipment Mining Construction & Energy (AHEMCE) again won at the 2022 Astra Corporate Affairs Awards (CAA) due its consistency in implementing sustainable innovations. This event is given as a form of appreciation to Astra Group companies for implementing the Corporate Affairs Policy well. This event was organized by PT Astra International Tbk in a hybrid manner which took place at Catur Dharma Hall Menara Astra and online via zoom.

CAA is a prestigious forum for appreciation given to all the leading innovation programs under Astra Group Corporate Affairs in EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), Security, and Corporate Communication. The flagship program proposed at the 2022 Astra Corporate Affairs Awards is a corporate-level program implemented from 2021 to 2022 which has proven to have a positive impact on company operations and stakeholders.

The achievements at this event are proof that AHEMCE has a high commitment to good corporate governance, environmental management, and community empowerment through Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) implementation. In addition, this achievement shows AHEMCE’s consistency in providing the maximum benefit for stakeholders, as well as being a milestone to continue working in 2023.

Director Astra, Gita Tiffani Boer said in his remarks that to become a sustainable and resilient company, the Astra Group must increase business and competence in various aspects, as well as enthusiasm and consistency in implementing programs in their respective companies.
