The Kick-off of FORCE Championship 2024 on (01/03/2024).
Jakarta, February 26, 2024 – PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) organizes the Frontline Operation Excellence (FORCE) Championship 2024 kickoff. This event is an award for branch/site units to demonstrate their best performance, aiming to compete for the title of Best of The Best FORCE Championship 2024. The kick-off of this event was held virtually from March 1 to March 5, 2024, and the competition process will continue until September 2024, with winners announced during UT’s anniversary celebration. Among those involved in this event are the UT Command Center and branch/site PICs, such as BM/SM, PDH, SDH, SPV, ADM SVC, SCHEDULLER, BSOO, ADM PRT, COP, PDC, PSCF, and IC Innovation.
The FORCE Championship 2024 aims to strengthen the AHEMCE ecosystem and the Astra Group in making comprehensive improvements to achieve operational excellence. This aligns with the directive in the AHEMCE President Message 2024, which emphasizes the importance of operational excellence across all business lines through transactions conducted properly and prudently with integrity, high ethics, and good governance. It is hoped that the FORCE Championship 2024 will inspire employees to create innovation and drive sustainable performance in the future.
