PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) once again receives recognition for its commitment to developing a skilled, inclusive workforce ready to meet the challenges of today’s labor market. Through its operational site in Tanjung, UT is awarded by the South Kalimantan Provincial Government as a Company Implementing Domestic Apprenticeship Independently and as a Company Employing Persons with Disabilities.

The award is presented directly by the Vice Governor of South Kalimantan, H. Hasnuryadi Sulaiman, during a labor award ceremony held at Sultan Suriansyah Building, Banjarmasin, on July 18, 2025. This recognition highlights UT Tanjung Site’s tangible contributions in supporting the national apprenticeship program while promoting diversity and social inclusion in the workplace.

Looking ahead, UT remains committed to expanding its social impact through vocational programs, job training, and the inclusion of workers with disabilities. This aligns with UT’s sustainability pillars by implementing the principles of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). UT believes an inclusive and high-quality labor ecosystem can be fostered for shared progress through close collaboration between industry, education, and government.
