Astra Heavy Equipment Mining Construction & Energy (AHEMCE) holds the annual Pra Rapat Pimpinan (Pra-Rapim) 2025 on August 26-27, 2025, at the Discovery Room Corporate University (CorpU) building. Carrying the theme “Social Synergy in Action: Advancing People and Public Contribution Value,” this event serves as a key milestone in formulating Strategic Direction and Strategic Implementation (SDSI) in the UT Group. The outcomes are finalized during the AHEMCE Rapim and the UT Construction Machinery (UTCM) Rapim before being implemented across each entity starting in 2026.
Pra-Rapim continues discussions from the Person in Charge (PIC) Forum and the Management Representative (MR) Forum. These forums provide a platform to raise bottom-up issues, develop strategic solutions, and design impactful initiatives. The draft documents produced from both forums serve as the main reference materials during the Pra-Rapim discussions, ensuring that the resulting strategies are well-aligned, relevant, and ready to be implemented.
The two-day in-depth discussion brings together PIC, MR, and executives from various AHEMCE entities to develop a comprehensive and forward-looking strategy aligned with future business needs.
In their directives, the executive leadership emphasizes the importance of collaboration across divisions and entities within AHEMCE, especially in navigating the increasingly dynamic and complex business landscape. This spirit of synergy is believed to be the key to translating strategies into concrete actions that support long-term business resilience and sustainability.
The 2025 Pra-Rapim reinforces UT Group’s commitment to building a strategic planning culture that is inclusive, collaborative, and forward-looking.
