Jakarta, April 30, 2025 – As part of its commitment to enhancing corporate security, PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) holds the 2025 security readiness inspection at the UT Head Office. This annual agenda aims to foster preparedness, strengthen collaboration among security units, and increase vigilance against potential security threats. Following the security readiness inspection, the event continues with a high-angle rescue simulation performed by the AHEMCE Emergency Response Team (ERT).

The security readiness inspection is led directly by Security Department Head, Bagus Setiawan, with UT Director, Ari Sutrisno, serving as the security readiness inspection supervisor. The event gathers Management Representatives (MR), Department Heads, security personnel, stakeholders, and representatives from Astra Heavy Equipment Mining Construction & Energy (AHEMCE), which includes several companies: PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA), PT United Tractors Pandu Engineering (UTPE), PT Triatra Sinergia Pratama (Triatra), PT Traktor Nusantara (TN), PT Bina Pertiwi (BP), PT Acset Indonusa Tbk (Acset), and PT Mitra Bakti UT (MBUT).

In his speech, Ari Sutrisno conveys the importance of the “KOMPAK” principle as a key to success, which includes:

  • Collaboration among AFCCO and all stakeholders; 
  • Monitoring internal and external situations carefully and continuously; being 
  • Proactive in responding to situations to avoid complacency; 
  • Anticipation of potential threats, challenges, obstacles, and disruptions (ATHGB); and maintaining 
  • Readiness of all security elements, including personnel, equipment, and materials. 

Additionally, he emphasizes the importance of cross-division and entity cooperation within the AHEMCE security system to create a safe, orderly work environment prepared to face operational dynamics.
