Recognizing teachers’ vital role in shaping young children’s character, PT United Tractors Tbk (UT), through its CSR pillar in education (UTFUTURE), launches a program to support educators. In celebration of National Children’s Day 2025, UT holds a Training Program for Partnered Early Childhood Education (PAUD) Teachers on July 22–23, 2025. This initiative reflects UT’s ongoing effort to enhance the quality of education and demonstrates its commitment to nurturing the next generation.

51 PAUD teachers from various UT-supported regions participate in the training, both online and offline. Over two days, the teachers receive a wide range of practical materials, including creative teaching methods, understanding child development psychology, effective classroom management, and integrating technology in learning.

More than just training, this event serves as a collaborative growth space. Participants actively engage in discussions, share experiences, and support one another in their roles as educators of the future generation. Guided by expert speakers in early childhood education, the sessions are designed to be practical and relevant.

This initiative is part of UT’s commitment to sustainability and community empowerment. UT hopes that this effort will have a meaningful impact, not only on the teachers and their students, but also on the broader educational ecosystem.
