Strengthening Employee Connections: United Tractors Hosts 2025 AHEMCE Halal Bihalal

PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) is holding the 2025 Halal Bihalal event for Astra Heavy Equipment Mining Construction & Energy (AHEMCE) on April 21, 2025. With the theme “Maintained Togetherness, Strengthened Synergy, AHEMCE Moves Forward Bravely,” this event serves as a moment to strengthen employee relationships while fostering a greater spirit of collaboration. The event takes place at the Grand Ballroom of the UT Head Office and is attended by executives and all AHEMCE employees. It is also broadcast online to employees at branches and sites across Indonesia, ensuring the spirit of unity reaches all levels of the organization.

The event begins with a recitation of the Holy Qur’an, followed by a compilation of Eid greetings from AHEMCE employees. Habib Husein Ja’far Al Hadar then delivers a religious talk show, emphasizing the importance of maintaining ties of togetherness to build a positive mindset, resilience, and adaptive capability in facing life’s ever-changing challenges.

UT President Director, Frans Kesuma, expresses that this year’s challenges are even more demanding due to global uncertainties and commodity price fluctuations. However, he believes these challenges can be overcome through hard work, prayer, and embracing diversity as a source of synergy among all AHEMCE members. This spirit of unity enables AHEMCE to continue progressing forward.
