Strengthening Executive Communication, AHEMCE Held First Executive Gathering in 2023

Jakarta, April 14th,2023 – Astra Heavy Equipment Mining Construction & Energy (AHEMCE) held its first Executive Gathering in 2023, which took place at the Ballroom of PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA) last Friday (14/04/2023). This event was held to strengthen the communication of the AHEMCE Executive Board.

The AHEMCE Executive Gathering is routinely held three times a year. The main agenda at this event was presentation of regarding the new structure of AHEMCE Board of Directors (BOD) and Board of Commissioners (BOC), which was presented by Edhie Sarwono (Director of UT) and Endang Tri Handajani (Head of Corporate Human Capital and Corporate University).

In his speech, UT’s President Director, Frans Kesuma, said that AHEMCE always has to prepare to face current and future challenges due to uncertainty amid global turmoil.

“All AHEMCE must be ready and agile in facing the challenges in 2023 because competition is getting tougher and various changes going forward will be increasingly difficult to predict to maintain the Company’s sustainability,” said Frans Kesuma.

The agendas during the AHEMCE Executive Gathering included the introduction of the new Board of Directors & Deputy Directors, Appreciation of Retired Executives, sharing sessions regarding the national security issue, and the event was closed with a joint prayer, group photo, and iftar.
