Jakarta, October 12, 2023 – PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) and Komatsu Australia Pty Ltd strengthened cooperation in the Mechanic Support project, which has been successfully implemented in the previous period. The aim of the collaboration is to develop competence and increase employee motivation. Apart from that, it is a form of UT’s effort to diversify its product support business internationally.

“This project demonstrates our commitment to providing excellent service and contributing to the development of high-quality Community Resources in both countries,” said Abun Jufar Jaya, Corporate Human Capital and Corporate University (CHCU) Division Head.

This mechanic support project in New Caledonia is UT’s step in facing the demands of fast and dynamic developments. The Company is committed to continuing to innovate and expand its reach at the international level. Six mechanics have been selected from the Best Employee Championship, including Iwan Kurniawan (UT HO), Darliyanto (UT Satui Site), Iwan Setiawan (UT Bendili Site), Digdayan Pambudhi (UT Pontianak Branch), Arief Chandra Setyawan (UT Site Bendili), and Yusuf (UT Site Tenggarong). The mechanic assignment period lasts one year, from October 2023 to September 2024.

Through this collaboration, UT will continue to provide solutions and added value by prioritizing collaboration for all stakeholders and creating long-term sustainable practices through products, services, and all business lines. This aligns with UT’s tagline, Moving as One (One Commitment, One Spirit, and One Synergy).
