Competency Training for United Tractors-Supported PAUD Teachers
Jakarta, 9 July 2026 – PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) continues to strengthen its commitment to improving the quality of education through UT FUTURE, the company’s social contribution pillar. As part of this commitment, UT organizes a Training Program for UT-Supported Early Childhood Education (PAUD) Teachers, held from 7–9 July 2026 at the UT VIP Grand Ballroom and UT School classrooms, with online participation via Zoom.
The training features facilitators from the Jakarta Chapter of the Indonesian Early Childhood Education Trainers Association (APPAUDI) and is attended by 80 teachers from UT-supported PAUD institutions. A total of 35 participants from 11 institutions supported by the UT Head Office attend the program in person, while 45 participants from 10 UT-supported institutions across branch offices and operational sites participate virtually.
The program aims to strengthen the competencies of early childhood educators by equipping them with creative, adaptive, and engaging teaching methods. By enhancing educators’ capabilities, UT seeks to support the delivery of high-quality learning experiences while contributing to the development of future generations with strong character from an early age.

Throughout the three-day program, participants take part in sessions on administrative management, curriculum enhancement, and the implementation of effective teaching methods for early childhood education. The training covers institutional administration, curriculum implementation, and age-appropriate learning approaches designed to support children’s developmental stages. These insights are expected to help educators create more effective, engaging, and high-quality learning environments.
Through this initiative, UT hopes that teachers from its supported PAUD institutions across the company’s operational areas will apply the knowledge and skills gained in their daily teaching practices. The program reflects UT’s ongoing commitment to improving the quality of education while creating meaningful social impact through the development of human capital from an early age.
