Jakarta, 7 April 2026 – PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) Group demonstrates its commitment to environmental sustainability by achieving Green and Blue ratings in the Corporate Performance Rating Program in Environmental Management (PROPER) for the 2024–2025 period.
UT, PT Asmin Bara Bronang (ABB), PT Bhumi Jati Power (BJP), and PT Suprabari Mapanindo Mineral (SMM) receive the Green PROPER rating. Meanwhile, PT United Tractors Semen Gresik (UTSG), PT Energia Prima Nusantara (EPN), PT Telen Orbit Prima (TOP), and PT Supreme Energy Rantau Dedap (SERD) receive the Blue PROPER rating.
Organized by the Ministry of Environment, the awards are presented at the PROPER Award Ceremony held offline at Sasono Langen Budoyo, Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII), East Jakarta, attended by the Minister of Environment, Hanif Faisol Nurofiq.
In his remarks, Hanif Faisol Nurofiq expresses appreciation to all participating companies. He emphasizes that the Green rating reflects the tangible contributions of businesses in preserving environmental sustainability.
“We commend companies that achieve the Green rating for their beyond-compliance efforts, which deliver tangible benefits to ecosystems and surrounding communities. This reflects environmental leadership that deserves recognition. PROPER is no longer merely an administrative evaluation instrument, but has evolved into a transformation driver that encourages companies not only to comply with regulations but also to go beyond standards through innovation, resource efficiency, and sustainable contributions to society,” says Hanif.
Dianwahyu Sri Purnomo, Head of Corporate Communications and Sustainability Division of UT, states that this achievement reflects UT Group’s ongoing commitment to responsible environmental management. “The achievement of the Green PROPER rating reflects our efforts to go beyond compliance through the implementation of an integrated environmental management system. We believe that this not only supports the sustainability of our operations but also creates added value for communities and all stakeholders,” says Dianwahyu.
During the 2024–2025 assessment period, UT Group’s Green rating indicates that the company exceeds compliance standards and consistently implements a systematic and sustainable environmental management system. This achievement further underscores UT’s consistent commitment to environmentally responsible business practices.
The PROPER assessment criteria cover various aspects, including resource efficiency (water and energy use), emission control, hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, biodiversity protection, and community empowerment in operational areas.
UT Group’s participation in PROPER reflects its commitment to regulatory compliance and integrated environmental risk management within its operations. Going forward, UT remains committed to continuously improving its environmental management performance and contributing to sustainable development in Indonesia.
