Jakarta, March 17, 2026 – In celebration of Eid al-Fitr 1447 H, PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) Group once again held its annual Mudik Bersama program. This initiative reflects the company’s commitment to facilitating safe and comfortable homecoming journeys for employees and their families, enabling them to celebrate Eid with their loved ones in their hometowns.
This year, the program carries the theme “A Meaningful Homecoming with Scania” and successfully dispatched a total of 1,545 participants using 38 buses to various destinations across West Java, Central Java, DI Yogyakarta, East Java, and Sumatra. Participants included employees and their families, UT Group partners, as well as students from UT School. The official send-off ceremony was held at the UT Head Office in Cakung and attended by the UT Group Board of Directors along with the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, Prof. Yassierli, S.T., M.T., Ph.D.
“We from the Ministry of Manpower appreciate the Mudik Bersama program organized by the UT Group as a tangible example of strong collaboration between the company and its employees in building transformative industrial relations. We also commend the increase in the number of bus fleets compared to last year. The Ministry continues to encourage harmonious working relationships through synergy between employers and employees. Initiatives like this demonstrate the company’s care for its workforce, fostering a spirit of mutual cooperation that ultimately contributes to more productive industrial relations,” said Prof. Yassierli.
UT dispatched 784 participants using 17 buses from the UT Head Office in Cakung, East Jakarta. Meanwhile, PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA) Group sent 326 participants using 11 buses from its Head Office in Pulogadung, and PT United Tractors Pandu Engineering (UTPE) Group dispatched 435 participants using 10 buses from Cikarang, West Java.
“Through this Mudik Bersama program, UT ensures that all preparations are carried out thoroughly, from fleet readiness to the implementation of strict safety standards for drivers and crew. We hope all participants have a smooth and safe journey, allowing them to fully enjoy meaningful moments with their families,” said UT President Director, Frans Kesuma.

To ensure safety and comfort throughout the journey, all buses underwent full technical inspections at the Scania Workshop Jakarta prior to departure. The company also implemented comprehensive safety measures, including safety briefings for drivers, fatigue checks, as well as health screenings and drug tests for all drivers and crew.
During the trip, the company provided operational support such as bus escorts, technical services, and standby UT mechanics at several strategic locations, including Jakarta, Semarang, Surabaya, and Lampung, to ensure a smooth journey until all participants reached their destinations.
Through this initiative, the UT Group hopes that all participants can travel safely and comfortably, and celebrate Eid al-Fitr with their beloved families in a meaningful way.
