Jakarta, February 11, 2026 – Innovation is not merely an idea, but a tangible step toward creating change and delivering sustainable impact. This spirit was reflected in InnovAstra, an annual forum organized by PT Astra International Tbk to appreciate various innovation initiatives across the Astra Group. Carrying the theme “Build on Legacy, Ignited by Innovation,” InnovAstra serves as a platform for all Astra people to present creative ideas that enhance efficiency, improve effectiveness, and drive sustainable business transformation.
At the 42nd InnovAstra, held offline at Catur Dharma Hall, Menara Astra, Jakarta, PT United Tractors Tbk (UT), together with its subsidiaries PT Pamapersada Nusantara Tbk (PAMA) and PT Kalimantan Prima Persada Tbk (KPP Mining), achieved a remarkable milestone by winning eight awards.
These achievements spanned several innovation categories, including Suggestion System (SS), Quality Control Circle (QCC), Quality Control Project (QCP), Business Performance Improvement (BPI), and Value Chain Innovation (VCI). UT secured 2nd place in the BPI category, which recognizes outstanding operational process improvements. PAMA earned 1st and 2nd place in the QCC Technic category, highlighting excellence in technical problem-solving and teamwork, 1st place in the QCP category for successful quality initiatives, and a Special Recognition in the BPI category. Meanwhile, KPP Mining achieved 2nd place in the SS category, which recognizes impactful employee suggestions, 2nd place in the QCC Non-Technical category for non-technical group problem-solving, and a Special Recognition in the VCI category.

The evaluation process was based on the Winning Concept, Winning Team, Winning System, and Performance (3W+1P) framework. This approach serves as a benchmark for assessing the quality of ideas, the effectiveness of team collaboration, and the robustness of systems in supporting sustainable innovation. Through this framework, innovations are evaluated not only based on outcomes but also on the processes and impacts they generate for the company.
This achievement reflects the UT Group’s strong culture of innovation. More than just a competition, InnovAstra provides a platform for employees to contribute, collaborate, and deliver relevant solutions to evolving business challenges.
The company extends its appreciation to all finalists for contributing their best innovative ideas. Each idea represents an important step toward building a more sustainable future. Moving forward, this spirit of innovation is expected to continue growing as part of a work culture that drives value creation, strengthens competitiveness, and delivers meaningful contributions to society and Indonesia.
