PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) holds the Retirement Appreciation 2025 event as a form of recognition and gratitude for the dedication, loyalty, and service of employees who are part of UT’s journey. The event is attended by UT President Director, Frans Kesuma, UT Directors, UT General Managers, and 66 participants, including 34 retirees and their spouses. Various programs are dedicated to the retirees, including the Tour de Bandung, a Retirement Preparation Seminar facilitated by KUBIK, and the Grand Appreciation Night held at the Grand Ballroom of Holiday Inn Hotel Bandung on August 28, 2025.
The event’s highlight includes a gala dinner, appreciation sashes for the retirees, and a symbolic gift-giving ceremony to the employees’ spouses by UT’s Board of Directors. The most touching moment comes when the retirees hand a single red rose to their spouses as a symbol of love and gratitude for their support throughout their careers, accompanied by nostalgic songs performed by guest star Dewi Gita.
“This event makes me proud because I have completed my journey at the ‘UT campus.’ We feel very appreciated for being allowed to meet directly with the entire Board of Directors and General Managers, and even to take photos together. It is a joy of its own to gather with fellow UT retirees from various regions of Indonesia. The atmosphere of happiness mixed with emotion at the close of this event becomes a very memorable moment,” says Finsi, a participant from the CFA Division.
On Friday, August 29, 2025, participants continue with the Tour de Lembang, visiting Mount Tangkuban Parahu, Dusun Bambu, and Bandung’s souvenir centers before returning to Jakarta.
Through the Retirement Appreciation 2025, UT believes that service does not end with one’s career but transforms into inspiration for the next generation to uphold the values of togetherness, loyalty, and dedication to the company’s future.
