Building a healthy, intelligent, and competitive younger generation is the goal of Indonesia Emas 2045. PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) supports this by actively promoting healthy living among students through the 2025 National UKS Final Champions program. This event is a competition that provides both learning opportunities and a chance for thousands of students across Indonesia to showcase their achievements.
Under the theme “Excellent UKS, Healthy Generation, Great Indonesia,” the program operates as part of a revitalization movement to improve Unit Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS), focusing on elementary schools. In collaboration with the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, the Indonesian University of Education (UPI), Artikular Clinic, and Emtek Group, the competition attracts over 3,000 participants from all over Indonesia. From this group, 18 finalists reach the grand finale, which takes place at Emtek Group Studio in Jakarta and is broadcast on 16 August 2025 via Mentari TV.
This moment becomes even more special with the presence of the Coordinating Minister for Community Empowerment, Abdul Muhaimin Iskandar, along with musician Ahmad Abdul Qodir Jaelani, who attends as the UKS Ambassador. Their presence inspires and motivates the finalists, highlighting the importance of a healthy lifestyle in achieving their goals.
“UT sees the UKS Final Champions as an important opportunity to build a clean and healthy living culture from an early age. We hope this event is not just a competition but a learning experience that encourages healthy habits early on. This way, they can grow into strong and capable individuals who succeed in the future as part of the Indonesia Golden Generation 2025,” says UT Head of Corporate Communications, Himawan Sutanto.
The journey to the final stage is not easy. Participants undergo a quarantine period, receive intensive training, and compete in various challenges, including multiple-choice tests, educational games, UKS case studies, and quiz rounds.
The winners’ prizes extend beyond cash; they also receive educational scholarships from the Indonesian University of Education (UPI). UPI offers a special admission path to its medical faculty for outstanding UKS students, supporting the development of future healthcare professionals in Indonesia.
United Tractors’ involvement in this program aligns with its long-term commitment to sustainability, based on the principles of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG). Through this initiative, UT aims to partner Indonesia’s young generation in raising awareness about the importance of healthy living from an early age.
