Jakarta, 25 June 2026 – PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) reinforces its commitment to sustainability by receiving two awards at the ESG Governance KADIN-GAPPS International Awards 2026. At the event, UT receives the ESG Governance Achievement award in the Industrials sector and the ESG Project Management Commitment award in the Industrials sector. The awards recognize UT’s commitment to strengthening Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices as an integral part of its sustainable business strategy.
The ESG Governance KADIN-GAPPS International Awards is an appreciation program organized by the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) in collaboration with the Global Alliance for Project Performance Standards (GAPPS) and the Institute for Sustainability and Agility (ISA). Beyond recognizing outstanding achievements, the program also serves as a platform for learning, benchmarking, and advancing ESG implementation among businesses in Indonesia.

The event brings together companies from a wide range of industries, including energy, industrials, transportation and logistics, basic materials, and consumer cyclicals. The evaluation process is conducted by a panel of judges comprising practitioners and academics with expertise in ESG, risk management, and project management.
As part of the awards process, participating companies undergo two stages of evaluation, beginning with the submission of a Request for Information (RFI) and an online administrative assessment, followed by a judging panel interview. Companies selected as award recipients then participate in a series of workshops, the winners’ announcement, and the official award presentation.
The assessment is conducted comprehensively, with 50% of the evaluation based on the RFI document and the remaining 50% on the presentation delivered during the judging panel interview. The assessment criteria include the alignment of ESG strategies with corporate objectives, the effectiveness of governance and leadership, the integration of ESG into business processes and risk management, monitoring and reporting systems, stakeholder engagement, ethical governance, and the value created through ESG initiatives. During the presentation stage, the judges also evaluate the quality of the presentation, the relevance of the materials, the strength of supporting evidence, and the participants’ ability to address the panel’s questions.
The awards reflect UT’s consistent commitment to integrating ESG principles across its business operations. For the Company, ESG implementation extends beyond regulatory compliance and serves as a foundation for strengthening risk mitigation, enhancing business resilience, and creating long-term value for all stakeholders.
