UT SCHOOL

Mechanics and heavy equipment operators are two essential professions supporting industries and businesses in the mining, construction, agriculture, and forestry sectors. To meet the growing demand for skilled mechanics and heavy equipment operators, the Company, through the Karya Bakti United Tractors Foundation, established the UT School educational program in 2008.

Currently UT School is located in 19 regions of Indonesia, namely Medan, Pekanbaru , Palembang, Lampung, Jakarta, Semarang, Surabaya, Balikpapan, Banjarmasin, Samarinda, Batukajang, Sangata, Bontang, Bendili, Adaro Site, Separi, Tanjung Redeb, Makasar and Sorong. To equally educate the nation’s children, especially in the Eastern Indonesia Area, in 2022 UT School will open two new Learning Point points in Timika and Jayapura so that the total UT School class number is 21 Learning Points.

Following UT School’s vision, which is to become the Best Educational Institution for Mechanical Skills and Heavy Equipment Operators in the World,UT School programs have gained recognition from United Tractors, the Indonesian Heavy Equipment Associations (AABI and HINABI), and operators of other heavy equipment through the Indonesian Heavy Equipment Professional Certification Agency (LSP ABI). To date, UT School has produced approximately 27,000 skilled graduates who now work at UT, its subsidiaries, and with customers both domestically and internationally.
