Jakarta, January 25, 2024 – In celebration of National Nutrition Day, PT United Tractors Tbk (UT), through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in health (UTCARE), organized a seminar on the fulfillment of nutrition and child nutrition as an effort to prevent stunting. The seminar’s theme is “Optimize Child Growth: The Importance of Nutrition and Child Nutrition for Stunting Prevention.” The event was conducted in a hybrid, both online and in-person, at the United Tractors Corporate University (CorpU) in Jakarta.

The Head of Cakung Community Health Center, drg. Junaidah delivered the opening speech. The event was attended by 163 participants, including UT-supported community health cadres and members of the United Tractors Employees’ Wives Association (Periska). The seminar featured two speakers, namely a Pediatric Specialist at RS Bunda, dr. Mulki Angela SpA MD, PhD, and a Lactation Consultant at Mitra Keluarga Kelapa Gading & and a Member of Periska UT Jakarta Branch, dr. Brigitta Godong. This event is expected to raise awareness among the community about the importance of stunting prevention, contributing to the realization of sustainable development acceleration in Indonesia.
