An Indonesian citizen aged 71.

Obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Trisakti University in 1978.

Appointed as Commissioner of the Company based on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on April 9, 2021 and was reappointed at the AGMS held on April 16, 2026.

He currently holds several positions as a member of the Company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Commissioner of PT Tjahja Sakti Motor.

Joined Astra Group since 1978. Troughout his career, he has held a number of key positions within the Company, including serving as President Director (May 2007–April 2015), Vice President Director for Marketing and Operations (2001–2007), Director (1997–2000), and Head of the Marketing Division (1991–1996). Between 2008 and 2017, he also served in several strategic roles within the Astra Group, including Director of PT Astra International Tbk, President Commissioner of PT Surya Artha Nusantara Finance, Vice President Commissioner of PT Toyota Astra Motor, Commissioner of PT Astra Daihatsu Motor and PT Astratel Nusantara, and Director of PT Sedaya Multi Investama.

He has no affiliation with other members of the Board of Commissioners, other member of the Board of Directors, or the controlling shareholder.
