An Indonesian citizen aged 54.
Obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics, Trisakti University, Jakarta, and continued his studies by completing a Master of Applied Finance at the University of Melbourne, Australia. He also completed the Advance Management Program at INSEAD, France, as part of his executive leadership development.
Appointed as Commissioner of the Company based on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on April 16, 2026.
He currently holds several strategic positions within the Astra Group, including Vice President Director of PT Astra International Tbk, President Commissioner of PT Astra Sedaya Finance, PT Federal International Finance dan PT Sedaya Multi Investama. He also serves as Vice President Commissioner of PT Toyota Astra Financial Services, as well as Commissioner of PT Asuransi Astra Buana, PT Astra Daihatsu Motor, PT Toyota-Astra Motor, PT Astra Nusa Perdana, PT Astra Tol Nusantara and PT Menara Astra. Previously, he served as Vice President Commissioner of the Company (2024 – 2026).
Joined Astra Group as Chief Corporate Planning & Strategy at PT Astra International Tbk (2000-2009). He later held several key leadership roles, including Finance Director of PT Asuransi Astra Buana (2009–2013), Finance Director of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk (2013–2017), and President Director of PT Asuransi Astra Buana (2017–2023).
He has no affiliation with other members of the Board of Commissioners or members of the Board of Directors.
