An Hong Kong citizen born in 1976.

He completed his undergraduate studies at Williams College, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree, and later pursued his legal education at Harvard Law School, where he obtained a Juris Doctor degree.

Appointed as Commissioner of the Company based on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on April 16, 2026.

He began his career as a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company (2001–2006), followed by roles as Executive Director and Senior Vice President at GE Commercial Finance (2006–2007), and Principal at Advantage Partners (2007–2013). He then served as Executive Director, Commercial & Operations Leader for Hong Kong & Macau at Willis (2013–2015), and subsequently as Chief Executive Officer for Greater China at Willis Towers Watson (2015–2016). From 2016 to 2019, he was Managing Director at PAG, and later became Partner and Co-Head of Private Equity at PAG (2019–2025).

He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Jardine Matheson Holdings.
