Australian citizen, born in 1962.

He earned a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wollongong University, Australia, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Monash University, Australia. He is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and serves as a Board Mentor at CriticalEye, a global senior leadership network.

He was first appointed as Independent Commissioner of the Company based on the Resolution of the AGMS dated April 24, 2024, and has been reappointed several times with the most recent appointment based on the Resolution of the AGMS dated April 25, 2025.

He concurrently serves as Director of Aluminium Bahrain (listed on the London Stock Exchange and Bahrain Bourse), Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Aurelia Metals (listed on the Australian Stock Exchange), and Member of the Advisory Board of Ajlan & Bros Holding Group.

He has previously served as Managing Director of Rio Tinto Diamonds (2009–2013), CEO of Pacific Aluminium (2013–2016), Managing Director of Rio Tinto Aluminium Pacific Operations (2016–2018), and CFO of Rio Tinto Aluminium for special projects (2019–2020). He has also served as Chairman and Director of the Australian Aluminium Council (2016–2018), CFO of Escondida in Chile, and CFO of Hartley Platinum in Zimbabwe.

He has no affiliation either with other members of the Board of Commissioners, members of the Board of Directors, or the principal and controlling shareholders.
