Gita Tiffani Boer
Indonesian citizen, born in 1966.
She completed her education at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia and obtained a Master of Law from American University, the Washington College of Law, United States.
She was appointed as the Commissioner of the Company based on the Resolution of the AGMS dated April 25, 2025.
She joined the Astra Group in 2011 after previously serving as Chief Group General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of PT Astra International Tbk (2011–2018). Prior to joining the Astra Group, she served as Partner at Mochtar Karuwin & Komar Law Firm with a focus on Corporate, Capital Market, and Finance (2003–2011).
She currently serves as Commissioner of PT Toyota-Astra Motor and President Commissioner of PT Arya Kharisma.
She has no affiliation either with other members of the Board of Commissioners or members of the Board of Directors.
