An Indonesian citizen aged 66.

Obtained a degree from the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Bogor Agricultural University (Institut Pertanian Bogor) in 1982, and later pursued additional education at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Indonesia in 1987, further strengthening his academic and managerial capabilities.

Appointed as Independent Commissioner of the Company based on the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on April 9, 2021 and was reappointed at the AGMS held on April 16, 2026.

He currently serves as Independent Commissioner of PT Astra Otoparts Tbk, Commissioner of PT Cyberindo Aditama and PT Rintisan Optima Integrasi.

Joined Astra Group in 1982 as an Information Technology staff member and progressed through various senior leadership roles. He previously served as Director of PT Astra Graphia Tbk (1999–2003), Director of the Company (2003–2007), and Vice President Director of the Company (2007–2011). He later became Deputy Director of PT Astra International Tbk overseeing the Infrastructure, Logistics, and Information Technology Business Lines (2011–2014), and subsequently served as Director (2014– 2020) responsible for the Infrastructure, Logistics, Information Technology, Property, Astra Digital, Corporate Information System and Technology (CIST), and Astra World Business Lines.

He has no affiliation with other members of the Board of Commissioners, other members of the Board of Directors, or the controlling shareholder.
