Promoting Operational Excellence, United Tractors Organized The 2023 Best of The Best Force Championship

Jakarta, November 20, 2023 – PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) once more organized the 2023 Best of The Best Force Championship to implement the prestigious Frontline Operation Excellent (FORCE) event. The Best of The Best Force Championship 2023 Grand Final was held in a hybrid format on October 9, 2023. The purpose of this competition is to inspire and encourage all branches and sites to pursue operational excellence consistently, positively impacting the company.

“Among all the challenges faced in achieving operational excellence, the focus is consistently executing systems or business processes. The hope is that by implementing this operation, the results and performance will show positive outcomes,” said Idot Supriadi, Director of Product Support UT.

The competition filtered four winners from branches and sites to the grand final. After reaching this stage, the four finalists underwent further selection evaluated by a panel of 10 individuals consisting of representatives from product support management and owner process.

The success of these four branches and sites reflects dedication and hard work, aiming to motivate other branches and sites. Through this competition, UT reaffirms its commitment to enhance business processes and operational excellence in the future continually.
